Clean and comfortable room, very friendly staff from Akshat at the front desk to the cleaning/maintenance staff we saw throughout the building, everyone was lovely. Trip highlight was the water pressure in the shower was excellent, great way to start my day!

corner room 903 was clean upon arrival. shower unfortunately is not a glass walk in. complimentary coffee and Eska waters. bedding could be more fluffy for extra warmth in winter.

Parking and access for a mobility impaired guest was sub-par! Front desk was acceptable and housekeeping was excellent. The bed mattress was very good, the bed frame was deplorable: a canyon between the mattress and the headboard! Air and sound management were very good, as well. The main entrance stairs would benefit from the presence of Sherpas, though.

The room was incredibly clean, eventhough it appeared to be aging. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed ive stayed in including the pillows. Order off the menu at the restaurant- very nice breakfast options and prepared well. Service was a bit slow, but still wouldnt take away from the overall experience. We will stay there again.
