The hotel lobby and main areas were very nice. Room had some minor issues. The couch had a burn hole in it, the bathroom had a window to the bedroom without a shade which was a little odd. Shower drained extremely slowly.

great location while visiting Niagara Falls wish we could have stayed longer. I do wish Hilton offered free parking but it was nice to have easy parking in building. Only other turnoff was the cost of a simple breakfast of bacon, eggs and toast. Over 100. for 2 of us once we added tip. We were given complimentary upgrade on our room though and the room was great and had the best pillows of all 8 hotels we visited on this trip.

Good location, spacious room and friendly staff. We booked the Falls View room and can see the beautiful waterfall. Love it !

We love the room we had . View great. Had a swim wasn't crowded. Should think about giving a seat to the s.okers we are legal. And maybe get more elevators. I waited 20 min. On 21st floor then stairs for 17 floors then access is unavailable I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone . Hope to see again.

Fantastic view of Niagara Falls and fireworks. Area has a lot to do from Immediate sight seeing to nearby wineries and quaint towns. Stayed here 3 nights and could have stayed longer Room looked brand new - bed and pillows extremely comfortable- great shower and tub We had no problems at all with the elevators and were on the 38th floor Would stay here again

Room had a crappy shower head that was never fixed. Ac unit was unbearably loud and clanky. The ac vent cover was held to the wall with one screw. Lack of directions for room service unless we asked. 45 $CAD a night to park, off-site, during the off season is insane. Hot-tub was weak with low jets. Expensive, cheaply made breakfast with mediocre coffee. TV remote barely worked.
