The room that we had was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We have several suggestions for a more comfortable stay. 1. Floor mat and boot tray should be provided for each room especially during the winter months to protect the hall floor. 2. Breakfast room needs to be enlarged to accommodate the number of guests. 3. Toilet paper holder needs to be replaced in room 119. The young female receptionist went out of her way to address any concerns that we brought to her attention. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay. We do not hesitate to recommend this hotel when visiting Niagara Falls.

It was clean room. Friendly guests. I would suggest putting in a carpet at entrance in room during winter. My room has no carpeting and all the snow melted from my boots across the room. Otherwise it’s a great location and good hotel

I booked this last minute due to weather and was delighted with the choice. It was a great value as it was inexpensive but the property appears to have been recently updated. The rooms are well-appointed with a fridge and microwave and lots of great pillows. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are well sound-proofed and quiet (perhaps assisted by the fact I was on the 2nd floor) and I was able to get a great nights sleep. It’s an easy walk to OLG stage (my reason for going to Niagara)

Dining room was really congested , it was really difficult to grab and eat breakfast there.Additionally , breakfast was not good with less options. Furthermore, hair dryer was not working in washroom and too many noises from the room hitting , fire alarm at mid night without any valid reason.I would definitely not recommend for anyone.
