This place was very clean. The shower had great water pressure and got very hot. HOWEVER, when my reservation was guaranteed with a credit card and the cancellation deadlime has passed, there was no need to call me at 6:30 pm to ask if I am still coming. And there is no need to be snarky when I am checking in. There were no drapes in the room. Imstead there were cheap curtains which were not lined and not wide enough for the window. There was no manner in which to make the room darker. Also, there was only one hand towel and all the towels were cheap and too small.

My partner and I have asthma, and the room was disgustingly dusty and dirty, our feet were basically black after a few min of walking in the room, our first fridge was so moldy(we didn't notice till the morning) that our food started to mold and had to be all thrown out, when we brought it up to hotel staff they only offered us a new fridge and said nothing about the food that we had to throw out which cost us around 150/200$ through the week because even the replacement fridge they gave us was moldy and unuseable, we wernt offered anything else beyond the fridge for the issue, we got locked out of the room by accident when we set up our son for a bath, and it took over five minutes for hotel staff to come unlock the door for us. We have asked twice to speak to hotel management in which we have been given resistance too and only told that they will call us, it's been days and we have not gotten a call, based on our stay this place is dirty, understaffed and under supplied and is very unsafe for my child aswell as my partner and I and would not recommend for families and we will never ever consider or recommend this place as even when we tried to find a solution or even speak to any management we were met with resistance and refusal to speak to us

The room was big and the beds were comfortable. Mini fridge would not stay cold and ended up leaking water. I think it went through a defrost cycle during our 20 hour stay. There were some interesting stains on the curtains and hair that did not belong to us in the bathroom. I just cleaned up the hair and didn't touch the curtains. Breakfast was meager but fine. Toast, bananas, frozen waffles and muffins. Coffee, tea, juice and milk.
