Beds are hard, sofa is old, bathroom water drains slowly, and they don’t take cash anywhere at the property. Breakfast not included. Parking is $65 a day. The views are spectacular!

We wanted a room with a view of the falls and that’s what we had. Nice view and was able to see the fireworks from our room. Bar could have had a better selection. Morton’s was good. All in all good place to stay

When we got there there was no electricity We were told to come back later to check in When we did there was still no power and told just to find somewhere else! No help as nd we had booked this special trip to Niagara s long time in advance, No contact from the hotel since to apologise either.

Everything was great till the elevators couldn't stop on certain floors. Over a nice place and good view of Niagara Falls.
