The staff no problem they were great. The room was ok but from the day we arrived the room was freezing. There was a small added in space heater that did not work but i do understand why it is in the room as that room is so cold. Very uncomfortable, the bathroom was also very cold. You could feel it coming from the wall and floor. I am sure glad to be out of there and be warm.
