Excellent accueil , chambre impeccable , buffet déjeuner : comptoir chaud (oeufs brouillé, bacon, saucisses, crêpes, pain doré, patates déjeuner et tasty taters) le tout bien chaud. Comptoir frais avec yogourt, salade de fruits (industrielle), fruits frais. Grille pain à notre disposition avec bagels, pain blanc et brun. Bref un magnifique séjour au delà de nos attentes. The room was great! We had a wonderful view of the Niagara River and American Falls. We asked for an extra duvet and received it very quickly. The staff were friendly and professional. The a/c-heat unit needs to be fixed so it doesn’t make whistle noise. There was wind coming in from the underside of the unit. It requires sealing. I would definitely stay there again 😊

Disappointed by Missed Opportunities Despite a Great Location We booked our stay at Vittoria Hotel months in advance, and as our anniversary trip approached, we received three emails from the hotel asking if we had any special requests. We replied each time, clearly mentioning that we were celebrating our anniversary and would appreciate something thoughtful to mark the occasion. Unfortunately, our messages were completely ignored—no acknowledgment, no gesture, not even a mention at check-in. It felt like our efforts to communicate were dismissed, which was disheartening. That said, the hotel itself is in a fantastic location and the room was generally clean. However, there were a few details that detracted from the experience: a used towel was still hanging in the bathroom upon arrival, and the blackout curtains didn’t block sunlight at all—making it hard to sleep in or enjoy a cozy atmosphere. There was no kitchen. The room was nice...nothing special. Your typical room with more space. My wife cleans for a living. My packing suitcases on the flooring. She could see debris and cereal under couches and furniture. So i dont think stuff gets moved to properly clean when using the vacuum. No big deal...but this questionnaire asked...you im telling you what we saw.
