It was nice but next time i will book must early to get the big room,my concern is that,our room didnt have center table,unlike our previous booking,before we are in the 9th floor so that my son will enjoy the river view to the highest floor,our room is on the 7th floor,but all in all,my family really happy to spend again christmas eve in vittoria hotel,my son is Autistic and he enjoy the fireworks and the huge ferris wheel, Thank you and Happy Holidays

Hotel staff and the overall service was great. Front desk was friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights and the housekeeper did an excellent job with making our room feel brand new on day 2. The poor rating is mainly for the hotel itself. The hotel just didn’t feel like a 3-star hotel. The pool was especially disappointing as it was really small, and for some reason the bottom of the pool had gritty flooring that hurt to walk on. The pool area didn’t have lockers or change rooms for guests to use, so we had to leave items on a poolside chair and hope nobody was gonna take anything. The hotel didn’t have slippers when requested, so you would have to bring your own if you didn’t want to walk around barefoot/in socks or regular shoes. Worst thing is probably how thin the walls and ceilings are. In our first room we had people above us constantly stomping around and no amount of intervention from the front desk could get them to stop. Staff were kind enough to move us to a new room that faced the street, and the window didn’t go a very good job with blocking out the noise from outside. This accommodation is definitely more suited for families with young children instead of couples or single travellers. Still, we appreciated the staff for their efforts and services as none of these problems were their fault. The hotel itself just needs a lot of improvements.
