Hotel was great for the price. Kinda wish parking was cheaper, room had microwave and breakfast was included. The lobby entrances themselves were kinda messy and soaking wet from the snowy mess outside. Almost slipped a couple times walking in. Other than that the room itself looked brand new and all amenities were excellent. Beds were comfy and I liked that they had 3 types of pillows so you could pick the one you want.

My boyfriend and I booked a last-minute staycation in Niagara Falls and chose Victoria Hotel and Suites, one of our longtime favourites. We booked through Expedia and had no issues with the reservation. Check-in was smooth, and William at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The hotel is clean, well organized, and the newly renovated rooms are beautiful. Great amenities, including a pool, and an excellent location near Clifton Hill and the Falls. Highly recommend for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Amazing hotel. Great service. Anything you need they are on it. My kids loved it. Spacious rooms for sure that makes it so much easier with kids instead of being cramed in a small space. We love it here.
