We have stayed here many times for several years. We love the hotel and the location is perfect for walking to everything. There’s only one thing that could be improved, and that’s the need for more elevators or extending the check out time past 11 am. Everyone seems to check out at the same time, so it’s difficult to get an elevator to bring the luggage downstairs and check out. Some people waited long periods of time, in which the elevator stopped on their floor as often as 9 times before there was room to get onto it. Perhaps extending the check out time so people could stagger the times when they leave would help with this issue. We ended up taking the stairs down from the 7th floor because we got tired of waiting for an elevator that had room for us to get on.

Friendly staff and a nice, clean hotel! I just wish there was an option to pre-book parking on-site. Also, the room we stayed in on the 10th floor (river view side) could use better soundproofing — we were six friends celebrating a birthday around midnight, and although we weren’t too loud, the guest next door started banging on the wall. Anyway, overall it was a great stay — we really enjoyed it!

This hotel was great, the rooms were very clean And the bed was very comfortable. This hotel is also in a great location at the falls, very close to restaurants and the night club and to clifton hill where all the attractions are! Definitely recommend staying here :)

The things we enjoyed. Spacious room. Convenient to everything & pleasant check in & check out. Things we did not like. Room was clean for the most part; however floor was obviously not swept or vacuumed. The ice machine was incredibly loud. And, the $17.99 breakfast buffet was an expensive disappointment.
