The only issue with this hotel is the limited number of elevators. With just two available, they aren’t sufficient for the number of guests, and we often had to wait over five minutes—especially during checkout time.

Property is in a great location near many attractions Parking is not included but I guess that’s normal for that area. Room service was disappointing due to room not being cleaned my entire four day stay. I addressed issue with manager and hopefully this issue will be improved for future guests.

Unfortunately we noticed a brown stained bedsheet late on our second night after our room had been cleaned and when mentioned to the hotel manager we were basically told sorry the cleaning would have replaced your sheet if it had been seen the they started to ask if I had a cut that would have caused the stain. The blame shift was unacceptable and insulting which I considered poor service.

We were given a room on the 10th floor at the front of the building and had the most magnificent view of the American falls, Clifton hill and you could watch the nightly 10pm fireworks from your bed! It was amazing. And the windows keep out nearly all of the outside noise. The room was large, the staff were all really lovely and helpful. The pool was small but my kids had fun in it. We used the off site parking as it was cheaper but you can unload/load your car directly outside the hotel so it worked fine. And Niagara Falls are obviously amazing!

The only thing that upset me was the fact there was still a tea bag in the tea machine when I went to use it on my first day and there was a little bit of food crumbs under the AC machine from the residents before me and they never got cleaned up. They were there until I left.
