Very clean property, professional/helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Close to clifton hill. Pool was a bit cold day 1. Jacuzzi was out of service day 2. Staff was working on it and friendly. Off site parking a bit of a walk but staff told us to stay parked in front of hotel until we had everything in our room. Overall would come back. Its a well managed hotel for the hotel star rating.

there was a very weird smell when u enter maybe it was because of pool but everything else was just ok view from the room was good worth the money. Our room (811) heating system made a noise the whole time which was super annoying.

The building and staff were wonderful but the guests were incredibly noisy which made it hard for my two toddlers to sleep. There also was an extra 100 dollars in fees when we got there that we werent aware of.

HOUSE KEEPING ARE THIEVES!!!!!! Travelled on V Day - Family day long weekend for spouse birthday. We was to originally checked out on the 16th but because of the snow storm to drive back to Toronto, we decided to stay another night. Besides from the great location and the decent room. I WILL STAY THERE AGAIN! We got home and realized few items where left behind. ( My Spouse over $500 Versace black belt and his silk boxes, night cap and vest). When I contact the hotel they couldn't find anything which was impossible. The next day the hotel contact me and advised that all items were found expect the Versace belt. How? The person who cleaned the room and found the item noted in their log book that we checked out on Feb 16th NOT 17th. Very Fishy! I was told that was a mistake and they will investigate it.

Location is great and walking distance to everything. Staff is friendly. Hotel has been renovated so everything is new’ish. Pool has lots of towel and hot tub is nice and hot. Room towels are not super big or fluffy but is ok. Bed is comfy.
