From the moment I arrived, I was treated like a valued guest—the check-in process was seamless, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and every detail of the hotel was immaculate. The room itself was stunning—modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the falls right from my window. Waking up each morning to that view felt surreal, like a dream come true. The bed was so comfortable that I slept better than I have in years, and the amenities provided everything I could possibly need. What really made this stay unforgettable was the service. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and genuinely cared about making my experience special. They offered great recommendations for local dining and attractions, and they made me feel completely at home. The location is perfect—just steps away from the falls, attractions, and restaurants. I never once felt like I was missing out on anything. Between the views, the comfort, and the outstanding hospitality, this was hands down the best experience of my entire life. If you’re coming to Niagara Falls, do yourself a favor and stay here. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a memory you’ll cherish forever. I will absolutely be coming back, and I can’t recommend it enough.

I was bitten by bed bugs when we stayed there. The front desk representative Kim insisted those were mosquito bites and tired to downplay it. First of all the bites were close together almost in a line. Also it’s end of September so there is no mosquito. The sofa was covered in someone’s food crumbs since who knows how long ago. Curtains and walls have tiny blood stains on them which was so gross. The swimming pool was filthy. The room smelled so bad. We were unable to open the windows. I know it’s a budget hotel but please keep it clean at least. Whoever travels there should watch out for bedbugs because the staff was clearly in denial.
