Hotel is lacking in a number of areas, we’ve stayed here a few times before but this will be our last stay. Room wasn’t cleaned, includes stains on carpet in multiple areas, old food under the couch and the desk was never wiped down when cleaned. In terms of a room with a kitchenette, what hotel doesn’t have dishes, cups or even paper towel as part of its kitchenette suite? We’ve stayed at others with a kitchenette and these items are all included. Other issues include overcrowding of the pool, flat and uncomfortable pillows and breakfast menu says they have blueberry pancakes but these are just pancakes that come with a blueberry sauce. Parking is also a ridiculous rate, and the hotel runs out of spots quickly. Staff were very friendly but lots of details are missed for a hotel with medium prices, do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

The staff was very helpful as we arrived late and had to organize parking. It was only a block away and an easy walk! The room was clean and spacey - no complaints. The breakfast is not included, though they give a 20% off voucher. Would stay again!
