We arrived late and were given a room on the ground floor. I was a little scared but we definitely scored! The room was nestled in a separate enclave with a door to the main lobby and so was super quiet. Room was modern and clean. Will stay again.

Cancelled our reservation with NO notice to us!!!

This place is so unprofessional. They cancelled our reservation and didn’t contact us. We arrived at the hotel with two small children at around 10:30pm and no reservation. Our card was compromised during the trip and because they couldn’t run the card they cancelled our reservation with NO contact to us for us to fix the issue. They had no other rooms nothing except we could book for the next day. Did they really think we would stay with this hotel ever again. Total unacceptable. Don’t trust this hotel at all.

I would kile to thank Nadia for the nice and smooth check in.. Easy location to walk to everything. Off site parking is close and reasonably priced. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. I like how they had recycling bins in the room. I wish there were a few more outlets in the room, especially by the desk and the dresser. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was coming with a kitchenet. It is well furnished: microwave, refrigerator. They should absolutely advise that no utensils or dishes are provided. It is a main drawback.
