There was a gentleman that was working at the front desk who was just an incredibly pleasant soul. It was the night before my wedding and he was giving me fantastic, beautiful advice and sharing in the joy and happiness. He made me feel at home and safe. Hotel was right in the thick of things at Niagara Falls and everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. The hotel was clean and updated. The room was very large and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Our Hotels.com Gold status really paid off for us as they upgraded our room to the 9th floor with a great Falls view in the distance. It was perfect for the nightly fireworks over the falls. The 20% discount for breakfast was really great. The only suggestion I would make would be for the hotel to replace their worn towels.
