I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very accommodating and flexible, and I really appreciated their helpfulness throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and the service overall was excellent. The only area that didn’t meet my expectations was the food. The breakfast buffet didn’t quite match the quality shown in the posted photos, and both the taste and price felt a bit misaligned with what was advertised. It wasn’t bad, just not at the level I expected based on the presentation. Overall, the stay itself was lovely—I’d recommend the hotel for its service and comfort, but I think the dining experience could be improved.

The room was great and had the perfect location as the walk to Clifton Hill was only a few minutes. What stood out the most was our service on check-in. The man at the front desk was so kind and even upgraded our room where we had an amazing view of the fireworks over the falls. We come to Niagara Falls often and will definitely be staying here again!
