The room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. The washroom was quite small, with no countertop or shelves for personal items. The air conditioning unit was very loud. We were very disappointed that the breakfast buffet was not open and that we could only choose from the menu. The location is great, close to everything. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Clean room, very spacious and we were offered a free upgrade so the suite was lovely. Great view. Staff were friendly, William checked us in and was incredibly pleasant. We didn’t use the gym or have breakfast.

I never had problema with Vittoria. This is by far our favorite hotel until our recent stay. The lady I spoke to kept on telling me to come back at 4pm, she insisted multiple times to come back at 4pm while other guests are being handed their keys. No care, no ounce of service at all considering I was travelling with a kid. Good thing that when I came back, the supervisor was able to assist me although I still needed to wait, I felt that she cared and she empathized unlike the initial staff that I spoke to.
