We Stayed at the hotel to celebrate my gf birthday and I must say we enjoyed our stay. The staff is very friendly and informative. The hotel is central to everything. Niagara Falls, Clifton hill, restaurant and many more attractions are all in walking in distance.

A nice place and friendly staff. Parking is expensive, but that is typical of the area. Self parking is a few blocks away. Only valet parking is available on site.

Our view from our room was absolutely breathtaking! Would definitely recommend staying at the Tower Hotel. It's location is perfect to walk to restaurants, shops and the falls.

Felicia was amazing! There was a snafu where 2 internet reservations came in at the same time and she handled us like a pro. This type of situation could have destroyed our trip but she already had a solution and worked with Embassy Suites. She took care of us and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Above and beyond!
