Front desk staff and parking attendants were great! Check in and parking off site was very well organized and hassle free. The rooms were smaller than most hotels but had everything needed while being clean and cozy! Would definitely recommend for a short stop over in Niagara Falls! The view was spectacular from our room while being very well priced compared to those in the area!

Over all the accommodation was amazing with perfect views of the falls the only complaint we had was in the room there was only one chair and in the morning or at night only one of us could sit at the window onto look at the views or the fireworks at night . We mentioned this to reception and they said it is a common complaint but will not be putting in a second chair ? The hotel was beautiful but if you want to see the views it would be nice to sit at the window to and not sit in the bed as you can’t see from there .

The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. However, both spaces were quite small, with very limited counter space in the bathroom and room. There was no closet, just a small pole to hang clothes next to a small counter space above three drawers. In the bathroom, there was barely enough room to place our toiletries, which made it very inconvenient for 2 people. Unfortunately, the customer service in the lobby was disappointing. During our stay, the staff never greeted us when we walked in or out, it was very akward. At times there were multiple employees present and no other guests and we were not greeted by any of them, it was as if we were invisibe. Their lack of aknowledgement made us feel unwelcome, which was a letdown. We will not be staying here again.
