The staff was very nice. I must start with every person from front desk to valet to elevator person was friendly. However, we don’t way too much money and we’re very mislead in this booking for what we got. We booked The tower hotel but our room was next door at the embassy suites. Yet we still had to check in at the Tower only. Very strange. The suite did have a great view but the room was so much smaller than we expected and a little dated. Breakfast line was way too long to wait. Elevator lines were way too long. Even valet was a twenty minute wait. We had a very nice visit, I do love Niagara. However, I would never stay at the tower or embassy suites again.

The room was very clean. The staff was great. Best part was this hotel is not very large so we never got stuck waiting for an elevator! I would stay here again. Ended up with a city view room so we were able to watch the sun set, it was beautiful.

This booking was a complete disappointment. Upon checkin I was told that I would be staying at the embassy suites and not the tower hotel. If this was the case I would have booked embassy suites on my own. Information when booking did not mention anything abt staying at a different hotel. The agent checking me in was rude and when I called to ask for help with wifi because they failed to write the password on my hotel key card they told me to call the other hotel. Unacceptable
