Great location with free views of the falls and fireworks from the observation area. Parking is expensive and off-site (a couple of kms away). Staff were extra helpful.

Hotel was nice honestly smaller than I was expecting but a great view from my room ( that I paid for of course), Very clean. Friendly staff. The steakhouse restaurant inside of the hotel was okay if I’m being honest, the food was alright, cold, but very overpriced. A nice hotel overall. Now parking… the Shuttle and Lot is very expensive and honestly a scam, it’s outrageous what I paid for one night.

Credit where credit is due. This hotel is fantastic. The view from the fallsview rooms is spectacular if you're looking for a hotel room that overlooks the falls. The building is positioned optimally to see the falls, and I'd say of all the places you could stay in the area it's the best seat in the house. The room was clean, modern and well kept. The staff at the front desk are great and were able to answer all our questions about the area. They even gave us vouchers for some of the different restaurants and attractions. They also have a late checkout option which is really convenient. We were there in February so it wasn't peak tourist season, but I was surprised by how affordable the room was given the view and how quiet the hotel was overall. Our room was like a little oasis of calm above Niagara Falls. Would give this place a 6 out of 5 if I could and would certainly stay here again.

Parking was stated available on the website I booked on and it said there was a shuttle service available 24/7 but it did not say there was an additional fee of $35 for that parking. A lot of the hotels around include parking prices so I would have just went with one of them if I had known. We did use a different parking service that was less money and just walked a few blocks.
