Unbelievable View!!!!

The view we had of the falls was unbelievable and so gorgeous. At night we loved watching the 10:00 fireworks near the American Falls. Yes, the room was expensive but the memories we made were so worth it. The employees who work there are all so friendly as well as helpful!

Everything in the hotel was excellent except the room view. I had booked two rooms with a direct Niagara Falls view, and we only got a rear view, which is not the same. When I asked the reception about it, they told me they didn’t have any other available rooms, and the issue was with the Expedia booking. That was very disappointing because I brought my family there for my mom’s birthday and paid extra for rooms we did not get ☹️. Although we liked the hotel, I don’t think I’ll ever be booking something like this again through Expedia or with this hotel.

We stayed in a lobby room with no view (would have preferred a view, but it was the last room left), and it was small, but very clean and modern! Front desk staff were wonderful; parking not on site, but super easy and fast to get shuttle to and from the parking lot, which was about 1.5 km away; free access to observation deck too! I’d definitely stay again!

Everything was great, only thing was that they forgot to clean up some party decor left over from the previous guests, a happy birthday banner and balloons, but staff was super friendly, informative, easy to access, and very attentive, amazing room! 4 out of 5 stars, I would go back

This place was awesome. The staff were great. Offsite parking for $35 a night about 5 blocks away but they have a shuttle. The room was great, what a beautiful view of the falls and the surrounding area. Watched the fireworks show from our room. Couldn't of been happier with this place. Conveniently located near everything you want. Definitely recommend.

We chose the Tower hotel as it was something different for us. We had been to Niagara Falls many times, staying at a variety of places and wanted something different. This was. The small hotel in a tower was pretty cool. The views were great. We had a city view room but half the view was the American falls, it was quite nice. The room was modern and well appointed. They are small but that is a result of the shape of the building and was not a drawback in anyway. We only had one complaint, the mattress cover was stained. And I wish hotels would include the little milkett containers with cream or milk instead of the powder or liquid creamers with their coffee machines. The staff in the hotel were incredibly helpful, especially when we needed to check out early for an family emergency. We would happily stay here again.

A nice place and friendly staff. Parking is expensive, but that is typical of the area. Self parking is a few blocks away. Only valet parking is available on site.
