We stayed at the Embassy Suites since we went to a show at Fallsview and it was close by. The view from the room was amazing, we had a full view of the Falls!! The only issue was the AC wasn’t very cold?! Other than that it was a great stay!!

Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Elevators took a very long time, but staff did their best to maximize space and keep them organized during peak times. Daughter was happy the pool was open til midnight. Would definitely stay again

We were transfer to their sister property the Embassy suite. The Embassy was ok overall. They need more elevator and more rooms for Breakfast. The coffee was not so good.

The hotel was great except for the breakfast (mass produced with no flair or taste) and the elevators (very slow - waited over 15 minutes to go down).

We were transferred to the Embassy Suites, had to pay extra for the room we expected. It’s a very busy hotel, elevators take very long, breakfast feels like a cattle stampede, staff were rude, no Gluten free choices for breakfast. Overall a very negative experience.

Day before the check in, Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel informed us that our reservation will be moved to Embassy Suites due to some emergency reservations. They said they will take care of paperwork and will put in a note to match the free parking which was offered at Wyndham Hotels. Embassy suites refused to honor anything. First we had to convince them that Wyndham said Embassy suites will allow free parking. They accepted then, but after stay, charged the Credit card. Refunded after call. Charged for the hotel stay after 2 months stating that we did not pay for the hotel stay! Again, had to call. They said they will refund. waiting for that!

Elevator wait tends to be too long during the breakfast period. And the for alarm was on for about 20-30 minutes before it was turned off at around 2:40am when it went off. It gave a bad head after being told to stand by and wait for an update for over 20mins

We didn't stay at the fulls view. We had to go to the embassy suites Niagara falls. It was a nice hotel. Nice room. But the hotel was so over booked. The elevators you had to wait upwards of 10 to 15 minutes just to use because of how many people. We ended up taking the stairs from the 19th floor just so we could make our tour time.

I got the falls view room and honestly it didn’t look like the pictures. Pictures showed a corner room when this wasn’t the case. Still nice room though and got the view.

I didnt stay at wyndam because of wildfires i was moved to embassy suites we had a room on 12th floor elevators not working and room the size of a closet also 70 dollars for 1 night parking

I didn’t stay at Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel. I was relocated to the Embassy Suites, an amazing hotel and I had a great view of the Niagara Falls from my room.
