Staff were pleasant however I asked for maintance to fix a broken light and to refresh the towels and did not get the issues addressed. The price was adjusted higher as the last night fell on a long weekend which was not stated when the booking was made. I would not stay there again.

We enjoyed our room with a view of the falls. The only thing that is good to know is that you have to pay for parking, anywhere from $35 to $100/ day depending on what type of parking service you choose.

Close to Falls and Casino,,,,the meal at the Wyndham steakhouse was excellent, however affordable options were not available,,,,too pricey for the average poor retiree

Although the staff was extremely friendly, some parts of the room's infrastructure and features didn't meet my expectations: 1. The tub had a clogged drain. 2. The toilet had a pump in the toilet. 3. The TV failed more than five times. 4. The phone in the room and the walkway in front of the elevator didn't work properly. 5. The pool was saturated with chemicals, making it impossible to use due to the strong smell. These are just a few examples of things that cause dissatisfaction.
