From arrival to departure, our stay at the Wyndham Grand Fallsview Hotel was wonderful. Staff at reception were friendly and efficient... housekeeping staff we passed were friendly and welcoming. Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. We had coupons for breakfast and enjoyed a good breakfast at the iHOP that was part of the hotel. (Even with the coupon the breakfast was expensive) We'd highly recommend anyone to consider staying at this hotel.

First the $75 parking wasn’t available so we did the valet $100 per night parking. First day the valet parking extension wasn’t working after trying for 15 mins so I end up going downstairs to ask the person to get my vehicle. Second day I called front desk to get the car out, after 6th try(finally someone didn’t hang up on me) Third day, the same thing! Always get disconnected. Why pay that much for parking when it’s not working?! It’s ridiculous! The washroom and living room was not clean when we arrived. Pillow and the bed was horrible. Never coming back as this place is just awful.

Cleaning staff was great, front desk not so much average! King bed needs to be changed as it slumps in the middle, bathroom too small no room, toilet is so close to tub and bathroom door is close to toilet about a few inches from toilet hard to manoeuvre being so close! Coffee maker was not working properly. Other than that room size was good!
