I was very disappointed in this hotel. Was so looking forward to seeing the view of the Falls. The windows were so dirty and our room was dirty. We paid extra for a Jacuzzi suite and the tub had rust stains and it was dirty. Called to talk to the manager and she only gave me a $30 break off this room. It was definitely not worth the price. I would not tell anybody or recommend it to anyone. I should’ve taken a picture of the tub. It already deleted the pictures with the dirty windows because the picture didn’t turn out nice of the falls. Asked to speak to a manager and all they could do was give me was $30 off.

When I checked in it was a 2 floor suite which isn't what I reserved, especially since my mom who uses a cane to walk was worth us. so they moved us and stated they would "comp" me for it but that never happened and my bill was over $200 now than expected.

If you’re looking for a five star resort, this is not the place for you to stay. Very old clean but rundown. Rooms are old shower has very low pressure, and the bottom of the shower had mold on the door. No daily housekeeping. We didn’t mind because we spent no time in the room, except to sleep and shower. On a positive note we were on the 21st floor and the views were spectacular C$50 to park no amenities really on site. They have an old pool. The coffee was good. You also have a small refrigerator in the room and Walmart is about 3 miles away if you want to go get Some snacks and water to keep in your room. I also found the beds very comfortable. I would stay here to again just for its location. You are directly next to the Falls. Wi-Fi worked well and it’s close to everything.

We did not get to stay at this property so I have no idea how to rate it. They moved us to the Hilton and we didn’t get the type of room we booked, there was the frigging Casino in the middle of our view of the falls and the price was higher than when I reserved. Not impressed with the Hilton at all or this booking.

Stayed at 17th floor, premier room, the view of the Niagara Falls was fantastic! You can see USA and Canada falls. the beds were very comfortable except for the twin/sleep chair needs to be upgraded from box spring to memory foam. Restaurants and shopping are all around.
