Room was clean and staff friendly. Arcade had many games out of order, and one game my son won an item and the machine froze and never dropped it from the hook. He is 5 and didn’t understand. Water park was clean. Overall, my family really enjoyed our stay!

The room the provided us was like a long trailer and had ZERO windows in it only 1 patio door at the end without and bug screen. There was no scope of ventilation. There was an heating n cooling equipment beside the adulds bed which was at the end on the room and were no other vents in the whole room. The kids room was far from that equipment and they ended up suffocating and struggling to sleep and we all were up until 1:30 am or so. The pool area is fun. And it has fun for all ages. Luckily we were there on week days so wasn't too busy and kids enjoyed all the areas and slides they liked. But the women's changeroof was again a disappointment. The drains were clogged (on a not so busy day) and the floor was full of filthy water to about an inch or 2 height. There was no way you can go take a shower and come back without stepping in the water. So kids and wife had to change without thaking a shower and that was the worst part of the day. I hope this will help you to be prepared and plan better for the trip. Again i would like to mention that the poll area and other activities were really fun. And you must visit. I would surely visit again but will do better research in selection of the rooms because there can be good or not so good rooms for my family to chose from.
