It was a good stay/experience overall! From check-in to check out. The room had all the necessities required. The breakfast options was quite nice and well presented. Guest services, Alec, was very professional and definitely a people person. He shows pride and dedication to his job. Keep up the good work, Alec. It was a pleasure speaking with you. Con: while the bed seemed comfortable, it wasn't the best for a side sleeper.

Loved everything about this hotel, staff were amazing and very friendly, new renovated property which is nicely decorated both in the room and the property itself. Room size is amazing, very spacious, great feature is the kitchenette - it has everything you need such as a fridge, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, cutlery and so much more, if you there for an extended stay this is great for preparing meals or if you just want to keep drinks cold lots of options. The gym is nicely quipped, has everything you need for a good workout and the pool is a good size, in both it has towels that your free to use which is a nice touch. Location is good, it’s a bit off the beaten path but still close enough to Clifton Hill and the falls by about a 5mins drive - it’s in a more industrial area right across from the white water walk and Canadian border bridge. Would 1000% recommend this hotel

Room had a funny smell and my entire family had an issue with the air conditioning. We woke up each day with our noses runny. The bathroom was not well cleaned prior to our arrival. There was hair in the bath tub and also on the “clean” towels. There was extremely long hairs present throughout the room even in the sheets. The location is very convenient as it is right across the street from the river walk and the Green/ Blue line transportation.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean, well organized, and we had a kitchen which was a plus. The staff were welcoming and the free breakfast was delicious. You do have to pay for parking each night while you stay there. Right in front of the hotel you can do the White Water walk. A short walk you can grab a bite at Hungry Moose Diner and a short 5-7 minute drive you can see a Niagara Falls, a Skylon and visit Clifton Hill.

The staff were all super nice, they kept the space VERY clean. The only thing is I wish they offered rooms with a balcony, but beside from that it was a great place to stay. We will be back for our next trip with them!

Excellent stay at a new hotel. Especially appreciated letting us check in a little early! Right across the street from the Riverwalk attraction and bus stops for the WeGo bus is right out front. About a 10 minute drive or bus ride down to the Falls and all of the action.

It was horrible the hotel was dirty. I could smell someone smoking dope. The hall out side our room spilled food and it was cleaned until the next day when I called this was the Cleveland location

Everything was excellent! But please improve your breakfast options! Breakfast was extremely disappointing! We have been to other hotels where breakfast is included and they really do make an effort in providing their guests a good breakfast. We would like to return back but please improve your breakfast options.
