Our room was spotless and the staff was very courteous. The only reason I didn't put five stars is because there was no breakfast on site. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again

Clean room, very nice staff assuring we had what we needed. Unfortunately, not many amenities, just a place to sleep near the falls if needed. About a 15 min walk to Clifton hill and 20-30 mins to other attractions. Place had no conditioner for your hair, only a "2in1" that felt worse than just regular shampoo. Be advised no elevator in building, must walk up the flight of stairs.
