This was all around an undesirable stay to say the lease. This is the third time staying at this property and I have seen a continuous decline. PROS Easy check-in Room change with more or less easy to be done Free buffet Breakfast was adequate, and the staff was friendly Location No parking fee ( but limited spaces) CONS wobbly floor tiles in the bathroom Warped flooring in the bedroom Outdated baseboard heaters Hole in the wall for electrical/cables Lighting wasn’t the best Stains on office chair in room Second chair in the room was very wobbly Very limited parking and secondary parking lot is at the skyline tower If you are not staying in the tower, be prepared to climb a lot of stairs if you were staying in the centre building Outside door is kept open so hallway outside your room is cold, which has a draft that comes under the door Then while you can hear what’s happening and all the other rooms, including above and below

Good for families - reasonable price includes parking, breakfast and indoor pool. Walking distance to the Falls, most attractions and restaurants. A bit older but clean and well maintained. Carpets in the halls need cleaning or replacing.

The sheer curtian in the room was completely tattered amd torn, looked like it had been sewn a couple of times but not really the type of material ypu can sew. They shoul've just trown it out instead of leaving it hing up. The walpaper was peeling off, and the flooring was no longer sealed.

Bed was soaked in urine! Absolutely gross!

Arrived about 11:30 pm. Kids fell asleep right away. When we finally got in bed, we realized the sheets/bed had a STRONG smell of pee/urine. Not sure if the sheets were not changed or if someone had urinated in the bed and the mattress did not have a sufficient mattress protector. Tried to sleep on top of the comforter since our kids were already asleep and it was way too late to change rooms. Still woke up smelling of pee and had to shower immediately. Absolutely gross. Let front desk know of the issue in the morning and they nonchalantly let us know they would make housekeeping aware. They did NOT apologize at all for the issue.
