Hotel is not very good. Rude staff, not at all helpful. The way towards the room is very dirty. Room was also poor with defective doors and bed. Curtains in the room was not at all clean. I will not recommend anyone this hotel.

Parking is very limited. We came back from a hockey game and no parking available. They sent us to their overflow lot which was also full. Bed is definitely not a queen they are small double. Outdated and mixed themes for decor. Curtains are from Shakespeare. Bathroom very dated. Tubs from 1960. Location is great. Able to walk to falls and other attractions. No microwave in the room. Microwave in lobby smelled like curry. Breakfast was decent with a few hot choices. Shower was good. Best feature is location.

We had a 2 night stay. It was a reasonable price for the time of the year. Came with breakfast. Would be good for families as breakfast out would be expensive. Breakfast choices were fair. Coffee was good! Breakfast area was busy and the tables were dirty when we arrived. Had to wipe table ourselves. We went to Tim Horton’s for a bagel and coffee after. Room was okay and located outside off the parking lot. Room 104 two double beds. Fridge in room. Room could do with an upgrade. Walking distance to the Falls. Fallsview casino across the street.Limited parking and had to create a parking space when we arrived back late at night. There is a resort fee however it is not a resort. There are restaurants within walking distance although we drove to Swiss Chalet on Lundy’s Lane
