Upon entering room, front door was open. There was mold in the shower. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The back sliding door didn’t lock. We went swimming all three days. The first days there was no towels. I told the manager and we waited another hour and no movement on towels. Literally two full baskets of dirty towels sitting there. Had to track down a maid to get a towel. It was a nightmare. We tried to get out of the last day but they would refund us. So we were stuck there.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is within walking distance to basically everything. The room was a nice size with an extremely comfortable king size bed. The only thing close to an issue we had was that we noticed a couple of mud dauber wasps trying to make a nest just outside our balcony door. We spoke with the front desk, and just happened to be introduced to their maintenance staff. He was very thankful for the info as to the location to look in as we showed him a picture. We just wanted to make sure they knew about i as its not an everyday occurrence and its better safe than sorry or stung. We ould definitely go back, more than worth it.

Breakfast was a nice surprise, and very well done. The building is old but kept clean. Could use a screen on the balcony door so you can keep the door open at night. It’s right in the casino/ concert area and a short walk to the falls. Overall it was a nice experience

The hotel is near the Skylone tower and within walkable distance to the falls and Clifton hill. The staff are great and friendly. The breakfast is pretty basic. Even though it's an old hotel the rooms are clean and well maintained. We took 2 rooms and they were connected which was awesome for our family.

Waited an hour and a half for our room to be ready past the 3pm check in. Once we got our room, the bathroom reeked of urine. The tile baseboards were falling off the walls near the bathroom as well. Ac worked and it was great to get out of the heat but definitely could tell the decor hasn’t changed in a very long time. Not only did they not offer any compensation for our extended wait, they slipped a resort fee bill under the door in the middle of the night. Very close to the Casino and Skylon tower. Definitely won’t stay here again.
