Good service, friendly staff

Staff was excellent, front desk and maid service was excellent. The only concern, is the AC heating.cooling unit is very loud and noisy, but time of year, weather outside was comfortable, so we just turned it off. Breakfast was excellent, simple and fresh.

Great location to everything. Staff very friendly and helpful . Lots of parking . Hotel just needs a little updating . Continental breakfast was enough for us in the morning. Would definitely stay here again

The property is dated but adequate. The best thing going for it is its location. Just a short walk down the hill to the Falls. My issue is with Expedia itself. The way the rooms are listed would have you believe you were booking that particular room or at least one that looks like what’s in the picture. That’s not the case at all and when I asked the hotel why my room didn’t match the one in the picture, I was expecting a fireplace with a view of the falls, they said it’s an ongoing issue with Expedia, not them and they have asked Expedia to stop listing rooms that don’t match the pictures. So can’t really fault the hotel for that but probably wouldn’t stay there again. They also need a fan in the bathroom. Or washroom if you’re Canadian.

Hotel is in a perfect walking distance to the falls and Clifton hill. Room was clean overall, but the door to my room was very difficult to open. Breakfast was good, good variety. Staff were nice.
