We had a falls view room and were able to access an early check in. This was terrific. Well worth the upgrade to a Fallsview room with an opening window to get photos without reflections from glass. Spectacular views from our 18th floor room. Room was large and comfortable with 2 QB and spacious sitting area. Perfect location for all sightseeing. We had buffet breakfast - adequate, but nothing to rave about. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8am which is very late and inconvenient for early risers or early departures. We had buffet dinner on 1 night. Again, not a wide range of food but cost was only $49pp. Indoor pool had limited hours of 8am-9pm. Would have preferred a 6am or 7am opening for exercise. Pool was very shallow 1.2 metre deep. Would recommend this hotel - I believe the pick of locations for Niagara Falls and quality accommodation.

Everything was really nice the runes were really clean staff was very friendly the only thing I was disappointed about was there was no hot tub accessible besides that everything was perfect and the views were amazing

The room was excellent, the staff were friendly. We had a great time. The only thing keeping this from five stars was the view. We paid for a view of the falls and we technically got it, but it was only if we stood on the balcony and stretched our neck around the building. It was impossible to see the fireworks, even though we were told we could. It would have been a better experience to save money and not have the "fallsview"

The check-in process was terrible. We had to wait two hours in front of the office to get the keys. They asked me to wait for a message about room availability but didn’t provide an approximate time. We drove six hours to reach the hotel and had to sit there for two more hours without doing anything. They should have clearly stated that the room would only be available after 4 PM.

I would have rated this property even higher. Sheraton Fallsview is the perfect location, walkable to all the attractions and restaurants. The view from our room was amazing. The rooms are spacious and clean. HOWEVER, there are extra charges not noted when booking. We were 3 adults/1child, and although we entered this info when booking, we were charged "extra" $50 per night for additional occupancy. Expedia should have gave us the actual price upfront. Additonal "resort and tourism fees" were also added, but I guess those are to be expected. Beware that there is no "upfront" pricing as stated on the Expedia website.

The restrooms next to the lobby were filthy every time we stopped in. There was a bandaid stuck to the bathroom floor in our room. Otherwise property was clean, friendly and efficient staff and great falls view room.
