The first day of my stay, my keycards stopped working, so I had to have them replaced. My shower had practically no hot water in the shower for the first night. the second night I asked to have it fixed. The maintenance guy came up, messed with the shower, then said it was fixed and left. It was not fixed. the 3rd night I ended up just having to move rooms to finally have a hot shower.

Perfect hotel

Absolutely loved this hotel. Access to subway without going outside was great. Also loved that there were restaurants and a coffee shop right there. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was great. When we come back to Toronto we will definitely stay on this hotel.

Beds are not comfortable

Our room had two queen beds, and the beds/mattresses were very uncomfortable. We stayed for two nights and we couldn’t sleep well.
