From the time we arrived, our door keys never worked. We were there for three days and they never worked once we would always have to call front desk to have someone come up and often they would have difficulty and they never offered us another room. When it was time to check out, they told me they’d give me free parking, but I never even had a car there. We had two rooms one for myself and one for my daughter and her children, so they gave me a discount of $25 per room!! For all the inconvenience. Then when I picked up my bags from there holding room, they had only given me five tickets, but I had six bags and they didn’t wanna give me my six bag which was my grandchildren‘s dirty clothes told me they had a procedure to follow. It was absolutely horrendous. Never stay there again.

The pet-friendly room we stayed in was quite outdated. The bathroom door wouldn't shut and there was no fan in the bathroom. The shower was nice but the bathtub seemed old as the coating had peeled off inside the tub. I expected more for what I was paying.
