Great stay, super long line up for checking in however. I stay in Toronto very frequently and haven’t experienced such a wait time. I think there should be a priority line for those who already have a reservation. Overall was a great stay and was upgraded for free which was very nice. Easy walking distance and super close to Eaton Centre which is bonus. Pool was really cold but thankful they had a hot tub. Thanks staff who made it easy.

Beautiful hotel! Super friendly, accommodating staff! Located in a perfect part of Toronto, can walk to lots of things, also easy to catch an Uber and Lyft from. Tour buses pick up from here too if you take a tour, like Niagara Falls tour! Reason I say 4/5 stars instead of 5 is because I think the bathroom/shower could use some updating. Rest of the room was perfect!! Will for sure come back here again!

When I checked in the service rep noted that we were staying for 5 nights and offered to have a mini fridge delivered to our room for convenience! It was so thoughtful of her as we were travelling with our 4 year old and helped be able to have snacks on hand. Very much appreciated!

I was expecting a lot nicer for over $500 a night. Breakfast was not included. Cost $96 for two adult and one child for buffet breakfast. Definitely was not worth the money. Room was average. Water pressure was low. At one point we lost cold water all together. Couldn’t flush the toilet even. We returned to our room to find a couple of matinence people changing out a smoke alarm. I feel like this could have been done after checkout or before we checked in. Just overall disappointed.

The only thing that kept this from being a perfect stay was the constant noise in the dining area. The fans were ridiculously loud and actually prevented conversation. They also had Reno’s being done which resulted in a jack hammer to lift tiles…although I understand the need to renovate, it was unfortunate. Aside from these minor items, the hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very busy and when we went, there was a fairly big line of people checking in (it’s peak tourist season, so it’s definitely understandable!). It’s nice that the hotel is in such a convenient location. A close walk to many neighborhoods but also close to transit. It’s a bit of an older hotel so we could easily hear louder guests in the halls, but overall, not too bad. It was still really clean.
