Disappointing Stay When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was that the bedding was not clean—there were visible makeup stains on both the pillow and sheet. The coffee station in the room was also unclean. Noise was a constant issue during our stay. The walls are very thin, and we could clearly hear conversations from the next room, especially through the bathroom. Construction both outside and inside the building made it even louder and difficult to relax. Security was another concern, as anyone could access the elevators without using a key card. This made the building feel unsafe. We tried contacting the front desk several times by phone, but they never answered. It was quicker to go down to the lobby in person to get help. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and the hotel did not meet the standards we expected.

Staff were friendly and also they had a staff pumpkin carving contest for the Halloween season which i thought was super cute and fun for staff and patrons to vote. Room was very clean. Its in a busy neighborhood so it is quite loud at night but thats to be expected in DT Toronto

Location was excellent for our stay in this hotel. Just a short level walk with suitcases to Union station, 5 mins. Room was small but well appointed with everything a traveller needs. Great staff, very clean rooms and excellent cafe down stairs for simple breakfast, lunch, dinner or relaxing drink. This place had a very relaxing, easy vibe!

The room was towards the back of the hotel. Our three night stay was noisy as metal garbage bins from ground level where emptied and been moved through out the night at 0200 0400 0600 hrs there were 9 bins been moved in total The room was small but ok In the lobby all building work going on and scaffolding up We have pics to prove it anybody wants noise its a good place if not look elsewhere is my advice

We stayed here for our anniversary and had an amazing experience! It is walking distance from union station. Both the room and hotel was very clean. The staff were awesome and provided excellent service and even threw in a couple surprises for our anniversary. Definitely would come back and an easy recommendation.
