Loved the lobby area and the smell was divine. Rooms are very small but nicely decorated. The heater in the room is extremely loud and the noise from around the area was as well. It would appear the rooms are not very insulated for sound. Definitely gives boutique hotel vibes. Loved the art and details.

Very handy for Union Station, the stadiums and city centre, recently renovated, comfy beds and very friendly staff. Our room was very small and the bathroom was tiny bit was all very modern and clean and fine for a short stay! Handy Tim Hortons directly opposite too! Recommended.

This is the first time we have stayed at The Union and we will be back! The location is walking distance to Union Station, restaurants and the Roger’s Centre. The lobby and room were clean and comfortable and the staff were all friendly. Got a great sleep in a comfy bed with no outside noise of downtown Toronto.

My friend and I only stayed for one night. The room was smaller than anticipated which I didn’t love but it was doable for the one night. The location was very convenient though with it being about a 5 minute walk to Union Station and a couple of great restaurants. Plus, there’s a convenience store right across the street which was helpful.

Room was clean comfortable and very accommodating. Beds had excellent quality materesses. Each room had a book to read (novel), and had a cute racoon shaped pillow. Which was unique and a nice touch. Fine quality home made pastry and donuts at the Humble Donkey Restaurant inside the hotel. So much better than any donuts I've had from the usual franchise coffee shops
