Staff was great. Loved the room and the style of the hotel. Comfortable beds and was pretty quiet for downtown Toronto.

Room was very clean and cozy. The water pressure in the shower was not the best but the bathroom was very clean and updated nicely. The restaurant didn’t have very many choices for breakfast, but the food was great tasting.

There were trucks loudly unloading outside of the hotel all night and the heater sounded like an airplane taking off every time it came on in the night. I probably had 2 hours sleep total. Not great.
