I think this hotel is newly renovated hence the room seem to be quite dusty. Dust can be seen on the bed frame and on the hangars of the bathing robe. Overall the room is nice and is of walkable distance to the union station

It's in a great location, close to the station and restaurants. I wish a ceiling light was near the foyer, where I kept my luggage and clothes. The room was kind of dark.

Lovely hotel exceeded my expectations Staff is friendly and accommodating. We arrived early in the morning and they checked us in our hours before we expected. The bed was SO comfortable, bedding and towels were luxurious as well as toiletries provided were excellent quality!

Great location and a very chic hotel. However, the walls were laughably thin. I could hear people whisper down the hallway and talk in their rooms. I was afraid to make any noise in my own room because I know everyone could hear me.

For a 3 star hotel this was a great stay. The entrance and main area were very warm and cozy. The hotel was very welcoming and even gave a welcome gift for our dog! It was very sweet. Our room was small but clean with great water pressure from the shower. The hotel is at walking distance to CN tower and Eaton Centre and a few parks which made everything convenient. Overall, would recommend!

This hotel is really pleasant and clean inside with a cool vibe. It’s perfectly situated a short walk from Union Station and is close enough to walk to the Rogers Centre, Scotiabank Arena and the CN Tower. I would certainly look to stay here again when I revisit Toronto!

Nice hotel in central location

Nice modern hotel with really lovely cafe/bar on the ground floor. Very close to union station. Comfortable bed and nice modern bathroom. Room was quite tight and with luggage for a longer onward stay, this was a bit difficult moving around the room.

Très jolie chambre bien décorée de style minimaliste. Petite salle de bain. Lit confortable et serviettes propres. À 5 minutes de la gare avec un petit bistro dans l’entrée. Bon petit déjeuner et autres repas. À 15 minutes du St-Lawrence market. Seul bémol: le bruit du restaurant à côté tard le soir lorsque les ordures sont mises dans des conteneurs. Notre chambre était au deuxième étage. J’y retournerais mais à un autre étage.
