The room was clean and mattresses were comfortable. Bathroom a little dated but clean and practical. The only criticism is regarding the Bistro that was closed at lunch time and as a result we had to skip lunch. Only open for breakfast and dinner with limited hours.

I was not happy with the Wifi. We had a lot of devices as we had kids and the wifi signal was very weak or non existent. When I called the from desk about it they said they would look in to it. It I never heard anything back and nothing go better with the connection. The do not offer a continental breakfast and the restaurant only offers a buffet in the summer, and the pancakes on the menu were $15, just for the pancakes. Good thing there was a McDonald’s and Tim Hortons close. Also, the rooms could have been cleaner, there was pee in the base of the toilet that defiantly was not from me or anyone I was staying with. My kids did really enjoy the pool but it was really cold sitting and watching on the deck of the pool.

Air conditioner was malfunctioning and would constantly cool the room. We couldn’t use the shower because the water coming out was yellow. If it wasn’t for the short duration of our stay and the ideal proximity to the show I was attending, we would have likely left.

Room was minimally appointed and might be improved if theTV was larger and a mirror was mounted either above the desk or in the entry area. One of the bathroom sinks drained poorly. Breakfast fell short of expectations: the coffee was not fresh, no blueberries on the French toast and the avocado toast did not come with pesto sauce although expected from the menu. Otherwise the stay was comfortable. So we might return.

Room cleanliness was horrible but room was expensive. Ex. Mold in tiles in bathroom....No actual "room service" .. not even a small toothpaste when i asked front desk.. also they had undeground parking but i wasnt offered and had to park outside in the deepfreeze -50'C weather. Would never recommend

The room was as expected, not sure why there is a balcony when you’re not allowed to smoke on it though. The pool was freezing and the sauna did not work. They also had one of the sliding doors blocked with a sign saying they are conserving heat and that’s why it was closed at the entrance. There wasn’t a ramp to use to get to the elevators without having to go outside apparently. And then we called down to the front desk to ask for more coffee to be brought up and they never ended up bringing it.
