This hotel is really old, it’s prime was probably 45 years ago. If you keep that in mind, and the location and price fits your budget. You should have a good stay.

We didn't eat breakfast there. The front desk staff was helpful and accommodating to us with extending our stay 1 night when something came up. We rewuested some supplies from housekeeping mutiple times and did not receive them. Some things were in disrepair in our room and throughput the property. The rate for the room was decent so value was fine.

The rooms are clean but basic. There is no microwave in the room and the coffee maker did not work. The staff are not helpful at all, you ask them a question and they don't know or don't care to find out. Also we go there 30 minutes before the restaurant closed and they refused to let us order anything.

Two Night Stay I stayed here for two nights and the experience was honestly disappointing. The cleaning lady was very kind, but the rooms themselves need serious updates. My air conditioner was extremely old and barely working. The bathroom blow dryer was dirty and packed with dust, so it couldn’t even be used safely. The towel situation was also frustrating. When I asked for fresh towels, the person delivering them waited at my door expecting me to hand over the used ones immediately, which felt uncomfortable. It also became clear that there aren’t enough towels available because even after speaking with the cleaning lady, I still had to call downstairs again just to get replacements. The pillows were smelly and worn out which didn’t help with sleep quality. The pool area was another letdown. The space was so poorly lit it felt almost dark. The outside door was broken which allowed freezing cold air to rush in, and since it was around -15C outside, the whole pool area felt icy and unpleasant. Overall, while the cleaning staff were friendly, the hotel itself needs major improvements. Between the outdated rooms, lack of supplies, poor maintenance, and unusable pool area, I wouldn’t stay again unless they make significant upgrades.

When I arrived they gave me the wrong room. And it was so hot in there and you can’t control the heat. Then they gave me the right room and it was ok but parts of the carpet weren’t clean and the sliding door didn’t lock and the phone didn’t work. Also the curtains were coming off at the top.

There was no breakfast that I know of, the balcony looked at lots of other balconies and you can't smoke even though it's outside, the cleanliness I have pictures it was not clean, staff was really nice other guests were amazing location was neutral, overall it wasn't horrible but it could have been better. A hotel is a home away from home I would definitely not keep my home like that.
