I enjoyed my overnight stay at the hotel. I had some limited knowledge of the place having done my HWTC training the year prior. It looks the same as the last I saw it. Very clean, cleaning staff was thorough in their work and schedule. Front desk staff were very helpful, friendly, and respectful.i would most certainly book there again and I recommend it to anyone looking for accommodations while visiting or passing thru Toronto.

I was charged a parking fee after my stay with no mention of a fee. When told we have a car, the employee told us he’ll take care of it. Second, we are assigned an adjoining room where there seemed to be a party going on. Very loud, could hear through the walls
