Hotel clerk charged my CC the current Hotel price and overlooked that it was booked w third party. I had to explain my reservation and wait to get refunded. Wish it’s something the hotel would be prepared with prior to guest arrival.

The hotel was in a good central location. It was clean and super walkable around. We discovered that they have a weird late check in policy, so make sure to contact them directly if you are arriving late. Our flight was delayed due to weather so we couldn’t do anything until we landed. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, so many options and the fresh fruit bar was a win. Would recommend!
