The room was tiny with the king bed but overall it was clean. The halls, elevator and lobby area smelled like weed often or other things. Was an okay experience for the price, nothing special.

The room was tiny, cold, and didn’t match the online description or photos. The heating didn’t work, leaving the space freezing. The shower was barely functional, with just a trickle of water. Overall, a very disappointing experience—would not recommend.

Nice convenient location for the venue we were attending. Great proximity to Eaton centre and transit. Terrible parking unless you drive a car, definitely not if you own a van, suv or truck. The room was small but adequate, and wellequuped with fridge and a safe. Would stay again.

We could hear the music of the couple in next room most of the night, then hear them arguing and banging door in and out at 230 am until 330 am then woke up to them having terrible loud sex at 7:45 am at which time we decided to check out although we didn’t plan on leaving until 11 am as it was our anniversary. Horrible evening and night.

Reported at the start of the stay about the musty smell never got any reply and also there was an accident where cleaning staff broke a bottle of cologne which they left a note explaining the accident yet it took us to go down to the desk later for them to acknowledge it and reimburse us. Not a good way to have customer service
