The room was snug but incredibly clean. The hotel had friendly staff, and they were helpful. The pool was warm and well maintained. The location was great, but for someone not used to the city, it was LOUD.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, our main complaint was the room temperature not being able to get below 80°F. We had it set for 60, and the air being on all night didn't lower the over all temperature of the room at all. We should have complained earlier in the night, but when we got back to our room late we just decided to suffer. Staff at check in were very pleasant. We just got stuck with a broken air unit.

I am always impressed by the staff here. They are pleasant and friendly enough to have a little chat with, which is so very nice. The breakfast is amazing and the breakfast room staff are attentive. Although the rooms with double beds are small, the room is comfortable and clean! Room always smells fresh and the housekeeping staff are cheerful. They do such a nice job tidying and straightening. Check in staff and baggage hold is convenient and staff are helpful. We were able to check in early which we were thankful for travelling with children who needed a rest. We could then arrange our things/baggage and head out to enjoy our afternoon without worrying about heading back to get situated late. I do think that 4:00 is rather late for check in ( although I know many hotels also have this time). The location is convenient and subway is near. It is our choice of places to stay when we visit.
