There was a power outage in the area which affected the property. No power, no water and only one operating elevator for the entire hotel. Though the staff were apologetic they were not providing any compensation because “it was not their fault” as one of their managers (George DeSilva) pointed out to me. Parking was not charged because the electric garage door had to be opened to let vehicles out. Very disappointed that some type of compensation was not offered.

Hotel was clean and modern. Although the front desk for some reason tried to charge over $100 per night more than the rate I was quoted on Expedia. I also paid for parking on Expedia and they told me I didn’t however they gave me the parking after I complained. Not sure what happened there.

The room was extremely small. I could barely walk around the end of the bed without hitting my shoulder on the TV, which was projecting out from the wall. The parking lot was abysmal with lanes so narrow one could hardly get by if another car was coming in the opposite direction. I noticed the door jam in our room was pulled out of the floor and resting beside the door with a hole on the floor. We found the breakfast to be adequate, but the whole experience was hardly worthy of the expense. Maybe they jacked the prices up because of the baseball Game this weekend but we were not impressed.

Absolutely the worst property I’ve stayed at and the staff were no better. Bathroom was barely usable, mold on shower curtain, window curtains, dust everywhere. There was gum in the corner of the bathroom and toilet had staining. Room was pitiful. Would not be staying there again. Will absolutely be reporting directly to Holiday Inn.
