Overall a great spot to stay if you are looking for clean basic accommodation. Front desk: friendly , quick and thoughtful. Explained everything I needed to know upon check in Room: basic but clean. No tv, fridge etc, but that’s on the website, no surprise. Shower was hot but water pressure was not… but after a humid day out it was a welcome relief. Complimentary breakfast- Excellent! Full hot and cold buffer, help yourself. It was excellent cafeteria food. Coffee was great and there was lots to choose from!!! If you need a place to hang your head after a long day in Toronto, this place offers very reasonable rates , it’s dead center downtown Toronto. No bells and whistles but I felt safe and comfortable! I’ll def be back. Thanks again! 🙌

Checking was okay but care key did not work initially. The door's deadbolt did not work. Slight musty smell in the room and water stain in ceiling above bed.

This accommodation should be taken from the market. Stains everywhere, moldy, dirty and it smells so bad in the lobby, in the elevators, in the aisle and even in the room. Everything is very old and aged... you cannot feel cosy or comfortable. I stayed 30min in the room and left afterwards. Was planning to stay one week, but rather like to stay in a tent then there. The receptionist said its a home for students, i didn't know it. Poor students. There are much nicer and cheaper places to stay for students or any other guest in GTA. Just read all the ratings carefully you received so far in Google... its confirming what i felt and faced. It was offered on Expedia, but not mentioned it is way under average... price doesn't match what you get... actually as a guest you should get money if you accept to stay there. Not acceptable.

Loved this property! We had a beautiful view of the city, the staff were super helpful, our room was great, the provided breakfast was amazing, and it was within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and downtown locations like the CN tower and Rogers Center. The bathroom was fine but a bit outdated and could use some upgrades. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay.

Excellent service...la chambre sentait TRÈS mauvais, salle de bain malpropre...j'ai demandé de changer de chambre... Avec un sourire le changement fût fait...la 2e chambre était un peu mieux, l'odeur moins forte mais toujours présente. J'ai acheté un sent bon pour aider...Salle de bain, bofff :( :( Confort des lits minimum. Les chambres ont besoin de bcp d'amour. Bon déjeuner style buffet, beaucoup de choix!!!
