Everything we needed for an overnight stay

My husband and I had a short overnight stay without breakfast so had limited interaction with the hotel. However what we experienced was a fast and friendly service at reception, easy valet parking, a really clean and spacious room with very comfy bed and a great view. The hotel gave us everything we needed for our stay and we would definitely stay again if we are in Toronto.

We spent just one night at the Omni king. Staff was very friendly. Area is right off the king subway station so you can come across some homelessness. Room was clean but there was an irritating noise that would wake me up at night. The following morning the staff was very helpful in addressing the issue

Really nice hotel and the staff were very friendly. There was an incident where the cleaning staff removed some collectables which they thought was rubbish but my daughter was saving it for art. Unfortunately, it couldnt be retrieved but the way the Staff tried to help and also went out their way to replace information was amazing and very much appreciated. Mistakes happen but the way they tried to rectify it was 5 star. Thank you for our stay
