The number one thing that stands out about this hotel is how great the staff is. Second time we’ve stayed here and they are always so nice and go out of their way to do their absolute best for you. It’s the key to a great stay. Never staying anywhere else in Toronto!

Everything was great! This is my favorite hotel to stay at while visiting Toronto due to its friendly and comfortable atmosphere. The room was perfect, however the bathroom appeared to be a bit dusty and the shower had some grime around the edges of the floor. Other than that everything else was great!
