Rhys at the front desk was so helpful and friendly. The entire staff was also very friendly. The location of the hotel was great, centrally located to everything. I’m walking distance to CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, Blue Jays stadium and so much more. Although the room was a little smaller than I expected it was still a good size and very clean. Housekeeping came everyday and did an amazing job. I will definitely stay here again.

The staff were fantastic and gave great advice on where to eat, what to see and how to use the subway and streetcars. Great location close to everything in the city, yet very quiet. It was an added bonus to find out the hotel has a generator to keep running the elevators during a power outage during our stay
