The airport shuttle service was advertised as 24 hour, but I found it only started at 4 am, too late for my 6:30 international flight.

The vending machine was not working - only dorito chips eventhough it was fully stocked. For late night arrival they are missing out on revenue - could improve putting USB outlets by the bedside. The lamps had a regular oulet plug but it was bent so the charger did not stay in. Lamps with usb or charger plugs are in most hotels.

You could be more flexible with the timing of the shuttle van - my flight arrived late, and I called just before the 11:55 cut off, and then got put on hold for 3 minutes; finally called back and was told now he'd left the airport. I also think half-hour shuttles in the morning is very important - hourly just is not frequent enough, and gives little time to eat breakfast.
