The hotel, amenities & location were great, will definitely stay here again! The coffee was amazing, front desk staff were outstanding & the view was spectacular. Very clean, amazing gym facility & roof-top pool. We loved the dining options & the food everywhere was great, however the service at the restaurants was disappointing and very underwhelming. It was also a let down that there is only one single draught beer option at all of the restaurants, which was unavailable at the steakhouse for our entire 3 night stay. Other than that, a great experience!

The Hotel has magnificent views of Lake Ontario. The service is good. The room was clean and comfortable. I booked at the restaurant on the top floor, the tables look old and not in very good condition, the food was good although not very varied.

This hotel was beautiful. If you love tennis or other sporty activities this place is for you. Staff was very friendly and approachable.
