Our experience has always been good from first stepping into the lobby, to experiencing the facility and eating at the restaurants. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable and food is good.

The location was good. The staff was friendly, and the room had a great view of the lake. However, it was a shame that we had someone drunk out in the hallway, and they were banging on our door two nights in a row at midnight. We complained and the manager said that there was nothing they can do about these guests. What a shame.
