Room was spotless and staff were very courteous. Only issue was the outlet at the bar area where the Keurig is plugged in didn't work. I moved it to the bathroom counter to make my tea.

This was a great location for exploring the city. The room was spacious. It was good to have a separate lounge area to relax. Check in was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and there was a small gym/sauna on site.

I found the employees very friendly and helpful. While the hotel itself is a little dated it was very clean. Our room was large with a sitting area. It was a convenient location, 5 minutes to the Eaton centre and theatre as well as 15 minutes to the st laurence market and 20 minute walk to the distillery district. Parking was easy and onsite. Breakfast had lots of options. The food was on warmers but fresh. I would recommended this hotel for the price.
