Our second time staying here and it was great! Rooms are large and clean. A lot of restaurants within walking distance. Jacuzzi on the 22nd floor has a great view, we would return again!

Family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child under 12), the accomodation was perfect. A main bedroom plus a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed for our child. The kitchen had a tea/coffee making machine with pods that can be resupplied for free, a mini bar and a separate fridge for us to store drinks purchased from the grocery store across the road. Kitchen also had a sink and a microwave. The room looks tired but clean and the functionality and location makes up for it. The gym is small and not hi-tech but functional and I used it for 4 of the 7 days I was there. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. The location was perfect for transportation and entering the PATH. During our stay, it rained for several hours on a couple of days, but we made use of the underground PATH that links subway, shopping centres, eateries in downtown Toronto so did not get wet. We had to check out of our room at 11:00 but our flight home was at 18:25, however, the hotel was more than happy to store our luggage whilst we spent a couple of hours eating and shopping. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Every staff member that I had contact with was polite, helpful, and professional. It will be wonderful when the restaurant reopens, but there are lovely restaurants very close by and a 24-hour grocery right around the corner. The room is very spacious, two televisions, large washroom, small refrigerator, microwave, and additional bar sink. Excellent for a holiday base point or business. I recommend it!

The Cambridge Hotel Quiet and very security oriented, but a little over the top. I didn't mention it before, but checking in the male attendant I dealt with had a bit of a I am in charge attitude. Not at all welcoming. This hotel is clean and quiet but the staff could do with a dose of friendliness.
