We had an awful exerience at this hotel. They have a strict "no party" and quiet hours at 10pm policy that they dont follow. You'll be notified of this policy when you book. It says there is zero tolerance for not following those rules but during our stay we complained 4 seperate times about neighbours blaring music, that could be heard through our bedroom and in the hallway. At 10:30pm after they told the people to stop for third time, the staff suggested we change rooms. My daughter was sleeping (on sofa bed in living area). I would have had a hard time packing the room, waking her up, moving. I was hopeful the issues would end there. Unfortunately, 2am we woke to loud music once again. My wife called front desk, no answer, so she went down in her pjs. Came back with staff and they were told once again to stop. This trip was for my wifes birthday. It ruined our trip to Toronto. We contacted the manager of the hotel about a refund, since they didnt follow their own policy. She said "they cant control their guests behaviour". Their zero tolerance policy (posted in elevators, emailed when booking) says guests can be removed for violating policy with no refunds. Hardly zero tolerance when a family complains several times to no resolution. Again, we shouldnt have to pack up at 10:30pm, thats absurd. I hate leaving a bad review, but I am utterly dissapointed. It was an awful experience. I think they should not have a zero tolerance policy if they dont want to adhere to it.

This was my second time at this hotel. I had a lovely stay. Checkin was easy and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The suite was large, clean and comfortable. The location is perfect walking distance from the Eaton centre.
