Staff were helpful. The suite was very clean. The bed was the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in, wished I could have taken the bed home with me. Pillows beautiful & soft. Showers lovely & hot.

This was the sixth time that I have come to Toronto, the third time with my girlfriend, and without a doubt, this hotel was the best that we had stayed at by a long shot. Incredibly spacious rooms, great staff and security in the lobby after hours. Super convenient location!

Its a hidden gem with a beautiful rooftop gym, hottub, and sauna, clean and large rooms. Its in a great spot with the eaton centre and many theatres and areans as well as countless other activities within walking distance. The service is always wonderful, and the parking is fantastic!
