Wonderful staff! Lots of self parking in garage with direct hotel access. Close to everything and the Eaton Centre. Older hotel, about what I expected: water stains in shower; peeling wallpaper; alarm clocks with legacy iPhone charging docks; threshold kept coming loose at the door; bathroom sink wouldn't allow cold water to come out, and shower either went from lukewarm to boiling hot; shower faucet was super wobbly and hard to pull to turn the water on. Nothing we'd bother the staff with, hotel just needs an update. Location is great though and despite these things I'll probably stay again!
