The room was absolutely fabulous and super spacious. We had the suite. It was actually really nice to walk around, then open the separate doors to our beds; that was a welcome surprise. Also, the staff are incredibly personable and just out of this world kind. I want to specifically shout out Brandon, who checked us in. His energy and courtesy just started our trip with the best vibes, and it kept on climbing from there. Overall, a wonderful stay, would recommend.

This was my second time staying here, and once again I had a really good experience. I was in town for a concert at Scotiabank Arena, and the location made everything super easy. It’s close to lots of things to do downtown. Parking was convenient, and even though I showed up early, I was able to park right away. The staff were really nice and held my bags for me until my room was ready. My room did overlook the hotel entrance, so it was a bit noisy with cars coming and going overnight, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, a comfortable stay, and I’d gladly come back again.
