Staff were helpful. The suite was very clean. The bed was the most comfortable that I’ve ever slept in, wished I could have taken the bed home with me. Pillows beautiful & soft. Showers lovely & hot.

I really liked the welcome when my partner and I first checked in (Room 1109). I think it was Shirley who even provided us with few dining options around the hotel which was great since it was our first time in Toronto and the fact that the subway was just beside the hotel helped a lot. Checking out was easy as well and we did have a later flight so we had to push our check out time but they were helpful about it. The hotel also has a hot tub and sauna (AMAZING!) to relax after a very long day of sightseeing. Thank you so much to the staff!

Is very close to everything, the property is very well located, and the staff are very helpful and polite, checking in and out was very quick and staff excellent and help me with ideas where to eat around and call me a taxi. Well managed space and very attentive customer service. The hot tub on the 22nd floor was very enjoyable. I would suggest replacing the small bottles of shampoos/conditioners with bigger wall fixtures to be more environment friendly.
