Nice clean room. Polite staff allowed us to check in early. Hotel is within a block of subway so easy to get anywhere. Large choice of restaurants and bars in area. A great location. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and professional however the room could have been cleaner. The floors were visibly dirty, the bathroom wallpaper was peeling and there was as some dried up food in the kitchen. The price was good.

Really enjoyed our stay, room was very clean and had everything we needed. Shower was a bit tricky but managed to use hand held. Stsff were very accommodating, unfortunately garage entrance to hotel didnt open twice- had to walk around. Parking provided hours after we checked out, very thankful!

Ive been renting this hotel several times in the padt 10 years, always been a great client, always used the same card.. and this time suddently they didnt accept my card.. its a big problem when you just drove 7h to get there. But the staff didnt care the problem they put people in. Its cheap, its aged, well located, not so well maintained. Chipped furniture, walls.. im neber going there again in my life.

It was my 1st stay here. Upon checking in, there was an issue with my credit card authorization. I fully understand policy being a previous hotel guest services . There was NO room for a solution other than the 100$ deposit required on a credit card. After 46 mins on the phone with my bank, and being told no by them, the guest services attendant told me I could TAzp my online credit card as opposed to entering the card!They are a very cold group there! Also only registered guests are allowed in the hotel! No friends, no visitors! Not cool. Also the pillows on the bed are beyond unacceptable. I’ve had better pillows at the super 8! Didn’t sleep well at all!manager,
