Would not recommend if you are looking for a quiet room with no interruptions in the early mornings..Gym is on top floor(above pent house suites).Can hear extremely loud banging throughout hotel from 7am on. Staff will do nothing about it. Advertises that rooms have accessible balconies, however they are locked and not accessible. Very disappointed.

Heat was not working- they had to switch is rooms which was a downgrade of what we booked. No balcony access. Washroom smelled of urine. Tv reception was choppy. Walls and paint were chipped and bubbling.

Great location. Staff very nice. The units are great. A full kitchen. Could use an update in a few areas, but only minor. We always stay here when we come to Toronto.

We had an unexpected room upgrade due to on arrival our room not being ready, but staff saw I had kids and made the switch. The room was older but newly renovated, with a kitchen and living room. Location was easy walking to Bloor, close to Yonge. Parking underground was easy to get to. We will be back!

Great location, very clean, and plenty of space. A bit confusing at first with two separate desks at the front entrance. The staff was very kind and helpful though overall. The balconies in the units are locked off. I was told it was for safety, so if you see that and book (like me), you will be disappointed! Also, the room I stayed in was not fully equipped. Some essentials missing like pots and pans (but there were cutting boards, and a colander), towel racks in the bathroom, hooks on the walls or doors, a full-length mirror, some hangers in closets, cleaning supplies to tidy, etc. Little things that add up. Especially when advertising as a fully-functioning apartment to “cook for yourself”. Overall, I enjoyed my stay! Will return and hopefully get to see some of these

Very nice room. Great for a short stay. A dish drying towel or roll of paper towel would be a helpful addition to the kitchen in this suite.

Nice clean room. Polite staff allowed us to check in early. Hotel is within a block of subway so easy to get anywhere. Large choice of restaurants and bars in area. A great location. Would definitely stay again.
