The place has potential. The lobby and entrance is very nice. The rooms are well laid out but they could be cleaner. The bathroom wall behind the sink showed toothpaste spit not wiped off. The water pressure in the shower was low and had to be all the way to HOT to get a warm enough shower. None of the windows opened int he room and it was 25 Celsius in the room when we arrived. I complained and someone came and fixed 2 out of the 3 windows. Staff were very nice

Expensive parking fee. A condotel style. We find it cold at first in the bedroom . You have to crank up the heater to warm the whole area. Near subway station.

It may not look like much from the outside, but inside it's quite nice, and the rooms are immaculate. Service was prompt and friendly when we checked in, the room was lovely and well-equipped, and it's in an extremely walkable area. And bonus for being in the heart of The Village! 🏳️‍🌈 Definitely would recommend, especially for the price.

Best kept secret for value for your dollar

Have stayed here prior but pleasantly surprised. All appliances had been upgraded and kitchen was really well equipped. Really great sized rooms. Will definitely be back and staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The lounge for guests was also a pleasant surprise with tea and coffee always available.

We enjoyed staying downtown, location was great . Our duvet was stained and dirty, other than that the suite was clean . What was very annoying was 3 days of listening to fire alarms going on every 10 -15 mins 6 hours a day . It destroyed our peace

The hotel/building a showing its years. Close to the subway and has a kitchen and the spaces are quite spacious. Check in was delayed as no one was manning the desk. Turns out the check in is not at the first desk you find when you go in.
