Its a good location. There is no where to sit outside. The balcony was locked out hated that. The lounge was closed off leaking roof.

The room is run down. One AC didn’t work when we go to the room and they immediately sent up a repair team. The room had no room safe, I’ve never been to hotel room without one. The lobby is very nice however the rooms are not. The check in was great and the person serving us was excellent.

The room was not ready to be lived in it still had traces of renovations that were being done and should never of been rented out the bed was not comfortable because the mattress that was in the the bed support was broken inside the mattress so it was noises and creeky and has no support

Great little spot, close to everything downtown.. walking distance. Lots of little restaurants close by. Plus kitchenettes are great! Front end staff super friendly and 24 hours. highly recommend

For the price the size and amenities are a deal. Large separate bedroom woth king bed, view of the lake, easy check in and convenient paid parking. Large open living space and workable kitchen if needed. Subway is very close, 2 minute walk.

The Staff here are super friendly and accommodating. They also upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite because they knew that I was visiting my Mom, and they wanted us to be very comfortable. And we were. Thank you to the kind Staff at Town Inn Suites. :)

My husband and I stayed here while I attended a 3 day class in the city. I chose here due to the walkability to the school and surrounding neighbourhoods. The staff are incredible. We arrived at 9 am from our flight in the hopes for a slightly earlier checkin than the 3 pm time and they were able to get us in right there with no extra charge. They have a great lobby and a complimentary espresso machine which I greatly appreciated. The downfall was the room sadly. You could tell some of the furniture had been upgraded however the wallpaper along the window was peeling from water damage, the bathroom fan didn't work and there was black mold along the ceiling in the kitchen and the bed had dirty sheets (thankfully house keeping did come replace those). Granted we didn't say anything to the staff as when we checked in we were told there was only two rooms available and didn't want to push our luck with checking in early as it was. The finishing pieces were a monthly fire alarm test that happened with a minute warning before an alarm sounded through the hotel and a notice for the next day that maintenance would be working on our suite while we were there. I feel like they should choose times to upgrade when guests are not occupying suites. Overall the location is close to everything, the staff are friendly and go above and beyond but I sadly wouldn't want to stay here again.
