Good property. Well located. My chief gripe was that the air conditioning did not appear to be working. The room averaged between 22 and 25 degrees. Too warm for sleeping.

Amazing hotel in downtown Toronto. We reserved the larger suite-style room and there was plenty of space for my husband and I to lounge. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown, near many transit options. The city itself is also very walkable, and many attractions are very close to the hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the hotel restaurant was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend!

We came early and were greeted promptly. Check in was a breeze and they got us in a room right away which was appreciated. Our room was extremely clean, shower was hot and bed was comfortable, all my top priorities. The lobby is stunning and the all the food looked great. Location was a quick walk to the ball stadium and there are so many great dining options on King Street. Will definitely book here when we travel from NS again!

We were in room 110. Outside our window was the back entrance for the luggage and other back of house functions. It was disruptive due to the coming and going of deliveries and employees working. Additionally the wall our headboard was against had what sounded like metal racks for luggage on the other side of the wall. Luggage was slammed against the wall frequently during regular business hours. The room should be taken out of service.

The room was cleanly and nice. The washroom was very underwhelming and the door positioning makes no sense. The front desk staff honestly were some of the worst I’ve come across. Everything typical request with services took 10-20 minutes longer than it should and the hotel wasn’t event close to fully booked. I definitely won’t be staying here again and only leaving the 5 star review because the housekeeping staff deserve it. They are the only we that do a good job there. Buyer beware.

The staff are very accommodating. We’ve been upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite, however the AC in the main bedroom is not cooling so it’s quite hot inside the bedroom but the AC vent in the study area is so cool.
