Room and front desk staff were great. However, our room was not ready for check in, and we ended up waiting over an hour while our room was being cleaned. Front desk staff were very apologetic and accommodating, and due to this inconvenience, manager offered a discount for the room rate, which we appreciated.

The service and team there were excellent. Very communicative and it was a lovely property. Walkable and convenient to public transit,or to the St Lawrence market/music hall. Highly recommended and I enjoyed my stay immensely.

The road closure made things a bit difficult and the restaurant was okay, but the staff was incredible! The were able to give me late checkout until 2pm and the view from my room on the 46th floor was stunning! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Not the same experience

The room we got was run down, mold in the shower curtain. The room was always cold no matter how high we put the temperature. They said we got an upgrade and it felt like the room was worse than the one we bought. The over all experience just didn’t feel like an expensive hotel. More like a lower end hotel. Not what we expected.

My overall stay was nice. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and I felt very safe staying there. With check in, I wasn’t given my food/beverage credit even though it was included with my booking as an Expedia VIP member. I’ve stayed here previously and have received my credit and a surprise room upgrade. I felt like the staff member I had at the time of my check in was very dismissive and was trying to multitask too much - I totally understand having other jobs to do but a little more attention during check in would have been nice since she had a hold of my credit card and ID and would keep moving away from the desk, and answering the phone when there are other people who likely could have answered. Aside from that, the other staff and security were super nice and attentive. We had fresh towels delivered at 3am at our request which was amazing. Check out was super fast and easy.
