Everything was great except the valet. I had a big trouble with the valet. It is totally not worth it. When you pay extra for the valet you expect your car to come to you within 10-15 min. When I was trying to check out, I was told that the car would be ready in 10 min. 30 min past and there was no car. It turns out some random person was blocking the drive way, when I asked the Asian manager of the valet he is not there is nothing I can do about it. I was like this is not acceptable and I need to go to the airport. Once, I started raising my voice another manager came and he was able to solve this issue in 2 min.

Nice hotel, bathroom could have used a new shower curtain/rod. Hotel was very noisy which was a surprise but it was the weekend. Hotel staff are amazing and friendly!

Amazing location. Clean room. Love their sauna and hot tub. Did not like the huge linen cart right outside the elevators on the floor I stayed at 24/7. As if they can't even hide that.

Great stay! Hotel is beautiful, and immaculately clean, as always. Valet parking staff and concierge were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Great location for our dinner as well as getting to the Scotiabank Arena for the game. Only disappointment was our breakfast in the morning. For such a beautiful hotel, would have hoped for a better breakfast experience.

Clean room, however it was almost identitical between my basic historical suite on the 8th floor and the superior historical suite on the 11th floor. I would also suggest to add a carpet at the entrance of the door as my winterboots carried some water in the room.

Very nice and spacious room suite in the tower. Delicious breakfast available from Daily Ritual cafe and delicious dinner from the Teller Bar, with tables spread around the lobby. Easily walkable to museums and shopping and public transport (make sure to pack sensible footwear!). Polite and helpful staff.
