We had a lovely stay and the staff was very accommodating with us, as we were traveling with our toddler. The building is well-maintained, the staff is friendly and professional, and the restaurant food is top notch. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast from the adjoining cafe. We felt the value for our money was very good and were happy with our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

The room was very clean. The entire hotel is charming and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed here to attend our first NBA game at Scotia Bank Arena, which you can access through the underground walking paths(more like an airport shopping mall/food courts area with access to everything above). We will definitely stay here again. vmcenterand we'll definitely stay again.
