The hotel is centrally located on the busy Yonge Street. Easy walk to Dundas Square and to the harbor. There is a Longos grocery store in the Canadian Place on King St. two blocks away. Across the street is a Starbucks and a pharmacy. It is very walkable, convenient, center of location, and easy access to dining and shopping. The hotel staff was very helpful with all my requests. I had a room that had a noise and the manager was very helpful and immediately allowed me to change rooms for free. The second room I had a low AC temperature and the maintenance staff came and fixed the AC promptly and called back in 3 hours to make sure I was still comfortable after dinner. Very courteous. Good customer service from the manager to the staff to the concierge. They have a shuttle service to the airport for $70 and Faisal helped me book it. He also helped me quickly check out and everything was smooth and convenient for me. The hotel room has a kitchen, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer combo, and kitchen plates, utensils, pans, etc... It is very convenient. I stayed in the historic side, but next time when I visit Toronto I will stay in the city view tower area. Thank you for a great trip to Toronto. You guys provided excellent customer service.

Our tower suite was beautiful, all the amenities we could want and the room had all the comforts of home including a kitchenette, utensils, pots, pans, kettle, etc - and even a stove to cook on! Also, maybe not a big deal to some, but their mini fridge was a very good size and included a good sized freezer (perfect for chilling all of our drinks in and putting in our ice packs from our cooler to re-freeze for our trip home the next day). Beautiful views of Toronto from our room on the 31st floor. Bed was super comfortable, room was very clean and luxe feeling. Great lighting and lots of mirrors around the room, were perfect for taking photos and getting ready for our My Chemical Romance concert that night! Loved that the hotel had a cafe on the first floor (has street access but can be accessed from inside the hotel past the lobby as well.) The hotel was so beautiful, so many sparkling chandeliers. You can tell the staff all care about making sure everyone has a wonderful stay. My sister and I were very impressed with how helpful and friendly all of the front desk staff were. It was also an only 17 minute walk for us from the hotel to Roger’s Centre. We truly loved our stay and will definitely be choosing the One King West Hotel & Residence for future Toronto stays.

The front desk and overall customer service was absolutely out of this world! We were able to check in hours early with no issues at all, with staff being very efficient and informative. At check out, there was a small issue that delayed the check out process by a couple minutes (not long at all) and they were so apologetic and even offered a voucher for the cafe for the inconvenience! I cannot recommend this hotel enough, such a lovely experience!
