First night didn’t get any sleep. People yelling and ended up getting arrested in the hallway in front my room. No discount offered or apology even until my key stopped working and they had to reprogram it I had asked if they were gone. Motel also smelt gross and peeling wallpaper and broken tiles

I was over charged by $60, I was to pay $271 for 2 nights for my room, I was charged $312 & I noticed this when I was going to entend my stay 1 more night but 15mins after paying for the 3rd night, I had a family emergency & had to cancel I was told I hadn't been charged yet so the $ would be back on my card shortly. When I went to check is when I noticed the charge of $312 & then the 3rd night was supposed to be charged $148 & was charged $170 when I had called I was told the receipt on their end is for $271(even though I have a statement saying $312) I was told by the end of the conversation that if I came in with proof to show being over charged the police would be called on me! Also refused to give me information to contact general manager about this issue. I have worked in customer service for 8 years now & this was the worse customer service experience I have ever had! I would never call a customer a lier & threaten the police when they want to show proof of being over charged I have work

I was extremely disappointed and upset rented a jacuzzi room for a quiet evening and upon right when you open the door to the room there was part of the painted ceiling hanging from what was once a water leak (5-8 inch round) and in the bathroom by the showers section of the wallpaper was pulled back and covered in black mold . Then tried turning onthe tv and was not working properly and had to have the front desk employee fix it twice and the jacuzzi kept blowing the breaker and wasn’t working properly if it was a rating of 1-10 I give it a negative 2 can’t believe I paid to stay there oh and no fruit at breakfast offered included with the room

Loud and noisy

Everything about the hotel was great the check in, the room and the location as well. Lots of restaurants near by and areas of interest as well. The problem my wife and I had were the beds were a little stiff and hard to sleep, but the major problem was all the noise at night from other guests and the walls seem to be really thin we could hear a lot of people.

Walls are paper thin. Was woken up at about 5:30 by a crazy woman in the hall going back and forth between crying loudly she wanted her mom and screaming obscenities in sudden spurts of Rage. She went on for about an hour before she finally left after what sounded like a very large man threatened her. It was insanely creepy. Then a man in the breakfast area who seemed like he was on something kept reaching down his pants. He made my girlfriend very uncomfortable.

Because of my wife being handicapped we would not accept a room on the second floor when there was no elevator available. The room on the first floor we were given had a large window instead of a solid door to the room at the very end of the hall. I’ve never experienced this before. All hotel rooms we’ve been in have solid doors. It was intimidating as there’s little privacy to walk around unless fully dressed. My wife had filled in the pre registration and yet there was no evidence of it when we checked in. Having to give the driver’s license was weird. I understand the need for the vehicle plates but it’s the first hotel I’ve had to give my drivers license. Also , I was surprised by the need for the ]$200 security deposit. We were at the Sheraton Four Points here in Windsor last week and none of this ( drivers license and security deposit) were required by the Sheraton. The room looks old and in need of repair. The back of the tv remote was broken and fixed with tape. All in all, quite disappointed.

I booked a room here because it was described as accessible. Good thing I only had a rollator and not a wheelchair as inside the room a low, bench inhibited my entrance into the bedroom. If I had roughly forced my walker through the narrow space I would have damaged the wall. Instead, I had to physically up-end the bench and drag it over by the window where it stayed throughout my stay. The molded shower space was fine but trying to manoeuvre my walker, deal with the bathroom door and have access to the low toilet was a difficult challenge. Bed linens were fine and only one light bulb was burned out. TV and remote worked. Heater definitely pushed out a lot of warmth. If the carpet had been vacuumed then either the operator missed the section over by the window or the bits of debris that I stepped on were simply too heavy to be sucked into the machine. I did not take advantage of the breakfast so have no comment about it.

People smoking at the entrance it stumk of smoke. I got sick from smoke. Toilet will mot flush,someone csme and got it to flush it leaked all might and we were unable to sleep due to the leaking toilet.Not worth the money and the pictutes are deceiving.
