Hotel was close to the airport that met my needs and a quick walk to the Convention Centre. Only downside was the kitchen hours after 10pm, with no entrees available and on the Sat morning no ordering off the menu for breakfast; only buffet service available

The room was clean and comfortable however the laxk of available luggage carts was problematic requiring several trips carrying heavy bags. Also the free shuttle was full. The other note of mention is that rooms dont have contol of the heat or airconditioning. While they do have thermostats, they dont work and dont control heat/air in each room. I like this hotel most for the proximity to the airport.

Une alarme d'incendie nous vole notre bonheur

Comment être remboursé nous avons dû quitter sans passer la nuit, mon épouse était sous le choc traumatisée à cause du déclanchement de l'alarme d'incendie (au alentour de 18h) de l'odeur de brûler et de la cascade d'eau dans l'escalier de secours face à notre chambre. Il n'y avait aucun service en français. On a du sortir dehors sous la canicule jusqu'au départ des pompiers, il y avait une dame de l'hôtel devant l'entrée qui promettait un remboursement pour ce que j'ai compris de ce qu'elle disait en anglais. Mon épouse voulait retourner à la maison elle était très perturbé de la situation. On a dû attendre après le départ des pompiers dans une grande salle d'avoir la permission de récupérer nos affaires dans la chambre.

The check in staff was professional. We got into our room and a short time later the fire alarm went off. When we could get back to our room it was flooded due to burst pipe. Didn't shut off strobe lights for hours so couldn't sleep. We had an early flight and never slept. We were told mgt would call to discuss the damages to our personal belongings and no one called. When we checked out to discuss this issue they said they had an audit going on and we could come back in four hours. I understand that anything mechanical can fail and the staff handled everything well with what was going on. They also had one elevator down and the following morning none of them worked. Again,day shift crew was very helpful and professional. I thank them for the help they provided
