We had a fantastic stay at your hotel! The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The facilities were spotless, and our boys loved spending time at the pool and gym. We did not find the bed comfortable. Very soft and sagged a bit towards the middle. Breakfast was just okay. Quite a few hotels within walking distance but no restaurants. (Could walk in good weather but quite a distance). In the positive side, very clean. Close to Canadian Tire Centre.

Easy excellent check in and out!! Reception and lobby very clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful!! Room was exceptional!! Quite large! Loved the mini kitchen facilities!! Bathroom lovely and clean and upgraded! Bathroom products were very nice! Included buffet breakfast was wonderful!! There was (hot): eggs, bacon, hash-browns, pancakes, oatmeal, and (cold) 4 kinds of cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs. Plus flavored muffins, bread- English muffins- bagels for toasting, or croissants. And of course all the fixings. Peanut butter, jam, syrup, butter, etc. Orange & apple juice. Coffee, various teas, hot chocolate, fresh milk 2% and skim, and half n half cream!!!!! Of course we will ALWAYS stay here whenever we need to come to Ottawa!!!
