Friendly helpful staff at the front desk, great breakfast, room was clean and comfortable. Did not use the pool or the fitness centre. The location was perfect for us, but there is not much around the hotel if that is important to you.

It was not quiet in our Suite #122 because the fridge kept coming on and off plus the air conditioning kept doing the same plus whatever was behind the closed door which made a big racket to the point I could not hear someone talking to me or hear the TV. We loved our suite otherwise!!

The hotel facilities were very good and I would have given Homewood Suites a higher rating, but during a 10 day stay, my room was only cleaned/serviced three times. Hotel policy is to provide services every other day, but despite contacting the front desk twice to request cleaning (empty garbage and fresh towels) it didn’t happen. I had to approach the cleaning staff while they were on my floor, and was told I wasn’t on their list. After 5 days I took bedding from the cart and changed the bed myself. It’s unfortunate, as otherwise it was a nice place to stay and the suites are nicely equipped. Overall, the staff were very good.
