Very friendly and accomodating staff, lovely hotel. Was there during school break and, even though there were lots of kids about, it was quiet in our suite. Pool and gym were nice, breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a couple meat options, pastries, etc. Would recommend!

Good stay, short staffed.

Overall, good stay. Easy check in and nice room. Only issues were the limited parking. The second issue was that we waiting for over 10 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk or to answer the phone as we waited to see what we could do about parking. I don’t blame the employee, who was very nice and helpful when they arrived. I think they were just under staffed around 8pm (a key time) so the one front desk agent that was helping a guest in their room wasn’t there when we and other guests needed them at the front. Again, the hotel is nice and clean, with a good breakfast. But corporate may want to support their employees with more staffing to ensure customer needs are met.

Noah was very helpful. We needed to use the printer and both gentleman (cannot remember the other man's name) went above and beyond to ensure I had my documents printed for an important conference. Love the convenience of the kitchen. The breakfast had a good variety. I would stay here again.
