Bugs in the room ( i have yhe photo, it was room #7). Rude front desk agent: he said that i am not allowed to stay in the reception/lobby and I should go to my car if i need to make any calls. I addition they didn't accpect to refund me.

The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room itself had some issues: the heating was difficult to regulate, so it was either very hot or quite cold; the sink was wonky because the water tap kept shutting off; our room did not have a microwave while other rooms did; and we did not have our room made on the third night that we extended, even though we asked to have the room cleaned. Additionally, one mattress was incredibly uncomfortable: it was bigger than the base, so it was unstable on the sides, and it was very hard. Finally, the breakfast bar was not very convenient and it didn’t have many options; it also had nowhere for someone to sit so in order to take things back to the room we had to go multiple times through a snowstorm.

The room was clean and big enough for our family of 4. We had the king bed and to my surprise the extendable couch was great for the two of us adults to sleep in. The weather outside was -19 and bellow but the room was warm and cozy. For us the hotel was basically next to the basin where our kids had the water polo tournament at Napaean SportsPlex. The big parking space allows us to have the car park easy accessible right in front of our door.

Room was clean, had the necessary items - hair dryer, coffee maker. Beds were comfortable. Lots of towels. Fast and easy check in and check out. Was nice to grab a coffee and muffin when we had to leave at 6:30 this morning. We didn't use the TV. Had power cords attached to the night stand and by the TV which was very useful! Only reason for 4 start was there was a small whole in the bathroom ceiling. And the toilet shifted when getting on or off. But would recommend for location. And if all you want is somewhere to sleep it was perfect

The room needs a microwave. The curtains could be larger to block more of the street lights at night. The bathtub was narrow and shallow. The room has soap dispensers. I bought my own bar of hand soap. Otherwise, the room and facilities were clean and comfortable.
