This beautiful luxury 3rd/4th floor penthouse apartment has a rooftop terrace with its own private pool, sun deck and seating area with a marvelous view of the Caribbean. This luxury condo-hotel has, in addition to the private pool, a family swimming pool on the ground floor with a bar and an infinity pool for adults on the rooftop with a bar and snack bar. It has maid service three times a week. An elevator is provided for your convenience. We have parking for our guests. We are only steps away from one of the nicest beaches in the area and the world famous fifth street.
