You don't come here for the pool when the beach is literally 30 seconds outside your door. Breakfast at the bar was nice and convenient. Trouble getting a lounge chair if you don't go out early, but there's other spots down the way if you ask them. I enjoyed that they didn't start music until later in the morning and that it was stopped at a decent hour of the night.

Front desk staff is excellent, the hotel on the other is not. Door had no lock on it and was direct to the outside. Kids everywhere, setup was terrible. Needless to say we stayed at the sister property The Carmen, which was wonderful.

Yes, everyone was kind and efficient. Check in was from a desk at the neighboring hotel. Way to the room was a little funky walking across decking and sand. We would have enjoyed this more had we been in our 20's and partying. Loud music started at 9 a.m. and lasted until 9 p.m. We don't drink heavy so this was way to loud for our liking.

Initially the room assigned to us was smelly and musty, so we upgraded to a different room, but only for 4 days. We ultimately returned to the musty smelly room on the final day because we were told there was no more rooms available. Probably won’t be back to this hotel.

Room was always clean, the staff is amazing, great food and beverages right by the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, only thing is no elevator, walking 3 flights of stairs when you’ve had a bit to drink isn’t fun, but it’s one of our best experiences, 100% recommended

Hot water worked once for a few mins during my 1 week stay. Roaches in my room. Had property taken from my day bed when I was in the ocean and when I spoke to the desk they told me the beach club was not affiliated with the hotel (the beach club is called Luciana) . Staff was dismissive and generally unfriendly. Highly recommend going elsewhere for your stay.

our check in was a bit cood, maybe the lady was not in her best mood, but we hope to receive a better welcome. the hotel itself is a jeel, very confy, coffeemaker with coffee, 4 bottle of water, shampoo, conditioner., all the necesities. we even had a great time in the sea.
