We loved our stay here! The property was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, the food was delicious (especially the Italian restaurant), the beach was so nice and soft, the staff was very friendly (shout-out to Daniel at the pool!). I like quiet (our friends like it more high energy), and I thought the pool area wasn't crazy loud. So that was nice. And while we did have to save seats in the morning since there were 6 of us who wanted to stay next to each other, it wasn't get up at 5am just to get 2 chairs stressful. There did seem to be enough chairs for everyone at the pools and definitely at the beach. (One day the resorts will be able to eliminate the chair game.) We are definitely planning on staying here again and bringing more people.

Wonderful resort. Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, the resort was clean, the food options were AMAZING, the entertainment was great, it was clean the beach was close and clean. Music was great. Not a wild party place, perfect if you want to relax in a nice controlled environment. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is small but it’s nice and very clean. The food is very limited and the seasoning is not good. The breakfast buffet is the SAME exact food every single day! The Mexican restaurant Lola is hardly a Mexican restaurant. The food is not authentic at all. If you want to come here to rest you will rest but I won’t come back because of the food. I have been to the Hyatt Ziva and Zilara in Cancun and the food was so much better. I have also done the Hyatt Ziva in Puerto Vallarta and Los Cabos and the food was better. Also the beach here is the best compared to the surrounding hotels. They hardly have a beach and their facilities look run down. Oh yeah we left my beach bag with some water shoes and sunscreen and it was stolen. We left it in the beach palapa and when we came back it was gone. We think it could have been someone walking the beach in the morning. Overall the facility is nice but due to the food we won’t be coming back.
