The property itself is great, but not necessarily worth the upgraded price tag over some others in the area. Julio at the pool was our favorite and made the daytime awesome, but the staff overall were also very kind and accommodating. The concierge crew is very good but it felt like the whole process of booking experiences and everything else was geared towards selling the vacation club, which was made clear by the willingness to give away resort dollars and the increased prices on everything you had to purchase that wasn’t included in the stay. Overall, great place, little bit small with only a few restaurants, but everything was solid quality.

Staff is exceptional, they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The property itself, although impeccably clean, needs an extensive renovation which has already begun. This resort will be delightful once all renovations have been completed.

Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted in the lobby by Sebastien, who welcomed us with refreshing hand towels and a drink. Max at check-in made us feel right at home by explaining the property and setting the tone for a wonderful stay. The entertainment team kept things lively with different activities every day, ensuring there was never a dull moment. We especially enjoyed spending time with Fermin during the day, as well as the lovely lady (whose name we, unfortunately, forgot) who hosted many of the evening activities. The restaurants were top-notch! Capri Grill quickly became our favorite spot for dinner, while Lola’s Beach was our go-to for comfort food. Across all the restaurants and bars, every server we interacted with was genuine, attentive, and made our dining experiences even better. Housekeeping did a fantastic job of keeping our room spotless every other day, and at checkout, Pablo—and once again Max—made the process seamless and stress-free. The resort itself never felt crowded—it was almost as if we had the place to ourselves. Peaceful, relaxing, and incredibly welcoming. We celebrated both our honeymoon and birthdays during our stay, and to top it off, Expedia surprised us with desserts as a preferred guest perk! Overall, it was an amazing experience—from the staff to the food to the atmosphere. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again.
