We loved our 10 night stay here! The condo is located on Calle 26 between fifth Avenue and 10th. The location couldn’t be any better, and there are several great restaurants on the street and right around the corner. It’s only a few blocks to the beach (Mamitas). The condo has been recently renovated, and is cute and comfortable. Both bedrooms have a king size bed and smart TVs.Being completely transparent, I should mention there is construction on the new building next door, and you’ll hear it every day starting at 8 AM. Also across the street is the Sushi Club, and they have very loud music Wednesday through Sunday PM on their rooftop. It didn’t really bother us, but it was definitely there. You can’t have your windows open at night.Ulises was a great host, setting us up with a bottle of wine upon arrival, and a big bag of coffee Very nice touch!PS - make sure you go to El Fogon on Constitution Ave for delicious authentic Mexican food. All locals there, which says a lot!We can’t wait to go back to PDC!

We traveled with another couple late February and found the 2 bed/2bath condo to be exactly as promised! The bedrooms and living area were very sizable and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and there truly wasn't anything more we could have asked for. Also, the location was perfect. Numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach were all within 3-4 blocks.Pedro picked us up at the airport (with a cooler full of cold beer that we had asked for!) and walked us through the condo.Ulises and Pedro were very prompt and helpful in their responses any time we reached out for anything.The rooftop pool was on the small side but still perfect for a cool off, with lots of seating and lounge chairs.If we are able to make it back to Playa, we wouldn't hesitate staying here again!

We spent a wonderful month here with our 1- and 3-year-old, and it was an ideal family stay. The apartment is very kid-friendly, with everything we needed—including great beach gear like umbrellas, chairs, and a wagon that made outings super easy.The full kitchen and spacious layout were lifesavers for daily life with little ones. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, adding to the relaxed vibe.Ulises was an attentive and responsive host, which made our long stay even better. Highly recommend for families with young kids—we’d love to come back!
