The host/unit owner was a no call - no show so, even though I had a confirmed booking, I was not able to access the unit. The concierge was very nice and professional upon my arrival but neither she, nor I, nor VRBO could reach the host so I was stuck high and dry. We all tried to reach the host for 4 hours...no response. It wasted a full day of my vacation. VRBO did assist in rebooking at a different property.
