Desde la ubicación me costo trabajo encontrarla porque aparece en una calle más arriba de dónde es, en recepción esta una chica argentina no fue tan amable al principio, ya después de que vio que teníamos reservación cambio su actitud, también tuvimos problemas con el agua ya que el cuarto esta cerca de la piscina y con un baño para el público y dejaban llaves abiertas por lo que se tiraba el agua y nosotros nos quedamos sin agua en más de una ocasión, pudimos resolverlo llamando y atendieron rápido la situación y creo que podrían mejorar el aspecto de la limpieza en la entrada al cuarto, se ve un poco descuidada y sucia, en fin son detalles que se pudieron o pueden resolver pero que cuentan mucho para el cliente.

Excelente opción para quedarnos en Playa del Carmen con nuestra familia, las habitaciones limpias y muy cómodas, a dos calles de la playa y estábamos sobre la 5ta av súper tranquilo y bonita zona.
