We thought we would be able to relax around the pool but the music was so loud and inappropriate (rap music with swearing and N-word) with music blaring we couldn’t relax at all. It was so loud we could hear it over headphones. So we went to the beach and spent our money with the vendors there.

The room was well appointed, and very clean. The cleaning staff were also great. Only complaint we had was the shower drain was very sluggish and even after notifying the cleaning staff as well as the front desk nothing seems to have been done about it. Very plugged shower drains can get annoying

Clean rooms, good breakfast, and friendly staff. However, I wish my room did not face a sketchy window, as it made it uncomfortable to open the room-darkening curtains due to privacy concerns.

The hotel was great! We had the best time, the hotel is centrally located in the middle of Patong about 2 blocks from Bangla Rd. Busy busy busy area.
