Great location if you want night life/ hustle and bustle. Great pool for couples, and another for families. Food adequate, but not consistent, and breakfast plentiful but not fine dining. Don’t know why reviews complained no brekki options for Aussies, as all eggs, bacon, cereals, fruits, croissants, cheese, meats,pancakes, pastries,juices etc is more than enough. Front desk staff helpful but their English isn’t great. Not sure why other reviews complained about safety deposit as all hotels take this and there is an ATM right next door. Housekeeping needs a lot of work. Very understaffed so if you’re used to having your room made up the second you leave it, maybe Bali is a better destination for you. Rooms were lovely and clean, and housekeeping was thourough, just not promp. It works on a “ replace” system. So don’t leave your towels or water bottles around the pool or you will struggle to get them replaced! No babysitting facilities. Overall very good value though, and a great take to take the family if you like a little excitement. Jenny at the tours desk booked AMAZING tours for us that we will remember forever.

Great location. Hotel close to beach and dining options. Some guests rowdy especially at 3am probably best suited for couples only not young families. Staff were lovely and very accomodating.

Pre Xmas Escape
The hotel is quite nice without being special. It’s in a good location not far from the beach and shopping. Road noise could be an issue for some. The lack of an iron and ironing board was a major hiccup for my wife. They set up a great Xmas tree and gingerbread house display in the foyer.

Wotif secret deal.
It was supposed to be a 5 star hotel on Wotif mystery deal. This is a 3 star hotel. Happy with accommodation but not mystery deal as misleading.

Great price had a great stay
This was a nice hotel, close to everything. Compared to the other hotels we looked at in the same area. King bed was two singles together tho and quite hard. The pool was fantastic and so was the bar service.
