the bed sheets wasnt clean i had asked them to change it and they did but till the sixth time we finally found clean one, the second thing was disturbing noises at the hotel, also it was poor facilty for the kids and i was disappinted that the spa was closed since covid , i had been here last time since 2013 evevry thing was great

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly excellent experience. The entrances and exits are very well-designed, making access and departure smooth and convenient.
