I was meant to have a room with a queen bed and single but we had two single beds. Not enough drawer space. Our room had limited English speaking tv channels whilst others had lots. Did not like signing in and out of towels. Breakfast was excellent would be a perfect venue for dinner.

This was our second stay in this wonderful hotel and we love the sunset rooms. The only negative for us is we have never been able to get a pool sunbed. Luckily we don’t mind the beach but it would be nice to be around one of the pools. Sadly the taken beds were generally unused just had towels on.

The rooms were nice but nothing special compared to other resorts half the price & the beds were very uncomfortable. Alot of the staff were rude, very unaccomodating of large groups. Food & cocktails double the normal price. For what you pay here, i wouldnt recommend it, have had far better experiences at 3 ⭐️

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. It was close to all amenities without being in the hub where it got really busy throughout the day The resort is right across the road from the beach where many vendors set up their food trucks. The sunsets were spectacular. Staff were great and any issues that propped up were resolved promptly. Highly recommend.

I booked 2 rooms 7 months ago and made a request regarding room allocation to the resort that gave 3 weeks ago. However, the resort changed the room without my consent, assigned a room different from the one I reserved, and did not reflect the request at all. Most guests smoke anywhere even though there is a smoking area. I am not satisfied in many ways
