Noisy tough to get rest, criminal activity, very noticeable, dirty walkways and stairwells, laundry facilities need repairs and upgrades and the room showing its age and needs a refresh especially for business travelers.

Staff rude, I booked through Expedia, choose to pay at the property, well they tried running my card that I used to hold the room not pay for it. Since it didn't go through they canceled my reservations. So showing up at 10 pm with my mom and kids to find out that they did that was a joke. And having to try to find another was even worse.
