Awesome rooftop pools. Beautiful clean and spacious rooms. Quiet overall except for 1 random sound a few times - maybe from the parking garage? Otherwise, would stay again.

Location was great. The rooms were not super clean but even worse there was virtually no hot water in my room. It only got lukewarm but never hot. I don’t know if that’s an Arizona thing or whatnot but I was pretty upset about that. The building itself is extremely impressive and offers great amenities. Minor improvements could make this a 5 star spot

The room we stayed in was not complete. Has exposed concrete and tape still on ceiling. Very disappointed for the price payed. We have stayed at many Sentral hotels and this was the worst. Not recommended.

Spotless modern high-rise apartment. Very close to AZ State University Campus division. Homeless shelter next block over from Sol Modern. Seemed safe to walk to downtown restaurants but maybe not in late evening hours.

Awesome space, comfortable. Loved the game floor. So much fun. Friendly and helpful staff. Great in-room applicances. I had the 2 bedroom 2 bath. Felt like home away from home.

We enjoyed our time here. We really enjoyed the pool and everything on the 8th floor. The only problem we had was that every morning, starting around 5:30 am, it sounded like someone was banging on a pipe a couple of times every 30 or so minutes.

Spacious, clean and luxurious. This was just what I needed for a quick stay would definitely come back again. View was amazing and bedding was comfortable. The staff was above and beyond attentive and helpful. It’s nestled in an area that has plenty to do great food and walk ability.

We loved having so much space... and the 8th floor amenities were lovely! We weren't thrilled with the security guard on a power trip though... and unfortunately people we travelled with got stuck in an elevator for 45 minutes. We do hope that the feedback left by our group will help make a few impovements & then this place will be perfect! We will look at other Sol Modern locations when planning travel in the future, for sure!

No humans anywhere to be found to the point of frustration. Could be nice to minimize the staff and the questions/interactions but this is to a fault. If you need anything, no one to help. If you leave a request, it is not done (few requests, eg. coffee, towels). If you need absolutely anything after your checkout, god help you. You will receive a 1 800 leasing phone # and email and talk to bots with no one else available. I'm convinced two children in a trench coat run this organization. Awful experience all around.
