Love the hotel. Beautiful views, amazing staff, good restaurants and close to everything which i loved. The pool was amazing. The furnitures inside the rooms are old i didnt like that. My son went on the slide and he got a big bruise on hid neck cause of all the rocks on the slide so be careful with kid on that. But overall i will definitely be coming back but please fix the slide and the future.

Upon booking Looks beautiful and fun to stay at. However the check in staff was horribly rude and unkind. After being promised early check in- (calling multiple times to confirm on our 5 hour drive) we had to wait 1.5 hours and front desk rolled eyes when telling us - no check in avail. Our room air did not work - over 85-90 degrees in room and found a huge cockroach in our room. Called hotel staff to give feedback on how we were very dissapointed $200 room- they said they were busy . Unacceptable.

We had a great little family trip while going to see Morgan Wallen. The hotel was nice. It could use a little updating and disappointed the pool closes to us was closed. But the family had fun at the water park. Will definitely be back.

There was a lot of maintenance being carried out everywhere and some areas around pools were closed and the work was being done with noise and dust around which is a shame.

Their customer service is wonderful!!!! Everyone is so nice the rooms are big and clean, the pools are fun, you just cant go wrong staying here!!! I wish i asked for the gentlemen's name that checked us in please give him a raise!

Checking was late 2 hours when I went to lobby was told I was sent a message then all of a sudden received text lol also police in the property seem to be on regular call this has turned into a part hotel where they charge you extra fees everywhere beware

Helped at the front desk by a kind gentleman named Robbie. Greeted warmly, given tickets for free coffees and given a room by the pool promptly, even though it was an early check-in. We had a wonderful stay and had a fun time with the kids. We’re happy we came we had such a nice time at the pool with drinks and food poolside and were helped by a very nice lady named Paige who was very friendly and attentive. We will be back soon! I Did want to say the banana bread on the cascades cafe menu should have a little warning about nut allergies but other than that amazing food!
