I almost didn’t book this hotel after reading some reviews about the breakfast. They were so wrong! The breakfast was great! The room was nice and spacious an quiet! I really enjoyed our one night stay here and it was a good location close to the freeway and other stores.

Terrible , Hotel is old , breakfast was one of the worst I ever had , i skipped breakfast and never had it, it’s time to get rid of such hotels and build instead of them normal hotels which will be modern. The reason I chose it was that the hotel has good reviews and I have no idea how people gave that hotel good reviews . Highly not recommending , The area is also not the best , a lot of homeless people and very far from the downtown.

Staff were friendly and the lobby is nice but the actual room was mid. Suspicious stains on the couch and walls. Also the overall area is not safe (for example, there was a homeless person digging around right in front of the drop off area). You can keep your bags behind the front desk, but they don't have a claim ticket and can't guarantee someone won't steal it.

The sink in the room (# 423) was coming off the wall. They had me move to another room the 2nd night. They made no attempts to composite for everything that went wrong. Service was horrible no one wanted to do anything and blew me off

The room was unsatisfactory. It was dirty old outdated. The photos that were sent on Expedia are nothing what they show. It was very disappointing. It was as it was a baiting switch on the room from the photos to see in the room physically.
