I was looking for a high-rise urban setting, and this property did not disappoint. It was clean, well-stocked (dishes, etc), had my favorite--floor-to-ceiling windows--and even a glass-top desk right by the window so I could gaze out at the view while writing my book. Everything needed is within walking distance.

Clean room, pool was really nice. There is no front office staff 24/7 as previously listed. The check in process is an absolute nightmare, you have to download an app - which is incredibly slow to work and does not actually read the service fobs to enter the building as stated. There is no housekeeping available if desired. It is spacious, the property itself is very nice and centrally located. They just shouldn’t advertise hotel-level amenities when they don’t have them.

Place was spotless and perfect for the volleyball tournament we were there for. We were a family of 2 adults and 1 teen. Our teen slept on the couch with no complaint. The pool and spa were awesome, they have tons of chairs and plenty of room. Ours did not have a balcony, which was a surprise because the pictures showed one. Our friends who rented the same one did have a balcony and we rented the same room. Apparently some do and some don't. It was too hot to be out there anyway so not a big deal for us. CHECKING IN and PARKING SUCKED! I called ahead of time to pay for parking (make sure to do this ahead of time to make it easier). I asked if I could park there before checking in and they said yes. When I arrived
