Good, but..............read below

When I made the reservation on Expedia, I was unaware this was a condo vacation rental. Shortly after making the reservation I received an email from the rental company. They advised I would need to sign the rental contract at their office in Scottsdale (the reservation is in Glendale) or have to pay a $100 fee and submit to a background check. We are driving from New Mexico and having to stop in Scottsdale is an inconvenience but had no choice. The communication from the rental company was excellent. There were constant emails with updates and I have no problem with that. We went to the Cardinals game and the condo is perfectly located. 5-10 minute walk to the stadium and a 5-10 min walk to the restaurants and outdoor mall. The location is Perfect!!! The condo is three stories, clean, and enjoyed staying there. There is wifi and only one problem encountered was the lack of working cable or Direct TV. I notified the rental company but the situation was not resolved in the time we stayed in the condo. I would rent this condo again but it is an inconvenience to have to drive to Scottsdale and sign the paperwork.
