Horrible experince overall, i would not recommend anyone to stay, it doesn't not feel like a 4 or 5 star hotel at all. We were disappointed by the room, even though we stayed at executive suite it was a disappointment. To start we arrived at night, there are homeless sleeping outside the door, security took 10 minutes to let us in the door since it was locked. The front desk lady was rude and the room lacked basic necessities, they had two tiny water bottles and that was it! The phones were down so you cant call anyone for anything. Overpriced and not worth it, the hotels around it are better, trust me!

I had a great stay at this property. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with fresh linens and a tidy bathroom that made a big difference after a long day. The staff were friendly and attentiveā€”always ready to help with a smile, whether it was check-in or local recommendations. Air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable even during the hottest afternoons. The bar downstairs was a pleasant surprise: relaxed vibe, good selection, and reasonably priced drinks. Would definitely stay here again!

All was great - except they put us in a room where the window faced a wall so it felt as if there was no window at all - the ac wasnā€™t cold enough either. The property itself is great & very close to desert diamond arena

Love staying at this hotel. Super convenient to restaurants, shopping and the Desert Diamond Arena. Itā€™s pricey but worth the money. This would be my place to stay if I am attending another concert.
