Great location and beautiful hotel. The only reason I didnā€™t give a 5 was the service in the restaurant. It was slow and one meal everyone was given their meal except me. When it FINALLY arrived, part of the order was missing. And the rest of my table had already finished eating! I feel that I shouldnā€™t have been charged for my meal.

We were surprised how beautiful this hotel was. It was updated from the minute you walk in from the time you go to your room. It was very nice. I would highly recommend it and Iā€™m very picky regarding our hotels that we stay in and we do travel a lot.

The room was properly cleaned daily and the consumables restacked very well each day. The room was quiet. We loved the AC system as it was effective, yet relatively quiet and the stream of cold air was not oriented directly toward us. The restaurants' service was prompt and the prices were affordable, although we found the food variety to not be too diverse. However, with the mall right across the street, there are plenty of dining alternatives in the area.

I loved this property. Iā€™ve stayed at other hotels before and this one by far is the absolute BEST! It was neat clean and organized! The staff was amazing from the hotel to the bar to the restaurants!
