Kyle - front desk was just amazing! He is personable and accommodating and knowledgeable about the the area and our opportunity to walk to the game for The hotel!! As well as sharing other places we might visit in west gate! He is an asset to the establishment!!!! Eddy and Nisha in the Crooked Pint restaurant were above and beyond! Hard working! Friendly and accommodating!!! Thank you all!

The highway noise was pretty loud, in addition I think there was a herd of elephants in the room above us. Walls and floors not sound proof at all. Staff was awesome.

Great Hotel Some employees left a lot to be desir

The hotel was great. I enjoyed breakfast at the connected restaurant. The negatives were 1. The front desk wouldn’t make change for a $20. Said they don’t give change. How am I supposed to tip if I don’t have ones 2. The room service was terrible. I was here 4 nights. In the bathroom the toilet and sink were never cleaned. In the room they didn’t sweep the floors. When they emptied the trash can they didn’t even open a new bag 3. The food was good at the restaurant but the staff lacked service orientation. They were at times curt and didn’t seem interested in providing good service not all staff were that way but 1 bad egg made the biggest impression.

We were on the fourth floor and we heard noise from the road and music from downstairs. Cost of potential extras should be returned immediately not have to wait 3-5 days.
