The room was clean ,the staff and shuttle were great. Our main problem was that we had asked for an ADA room and were given a standard room with no ADA provisions. As we came in very late due to airline delays and had only a couple hours to clean up and sleep before we left again, we just made fo. My husband had to take a sponge bath since he could not use a standard tub shower combination. We were just too exhausted to switch rooms. Other than that, the hotel, staff and breakfast were great.

Customer service, from the shuttle drivers to the front desk staff to the food service workers was impressive. Clean, comfortable room in a safe location. Only a few minutes from the airport.

LaDonna at the front desk is amazing at her job. What a great personality to meet with upon check-in. She's kind, courteous, professional, personable, knowledgeable and patient. My room was definitely not 'spotless' per se, but comfortable non the less.
